Welcome to 760 Ocean #203!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming and Xfinity cable is available as well.

The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.

The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.

The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.

Swimming pool is seasonal.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).

Great property. Loved the kitchen & balcony view. Everything was clean and well supplied. Location was very convenient. View was a bit restricted and the street lights at night were a bit bright, as you are across a street from the ocean. Really enjoyed the stay!

We have stayed at many different places at SSI. This condo is by far our favorite. Very convenient to the beach. Loved coffee on the balcony and seeing and listening to the ocean. The bed was very comfortable! Already booked our next stay there!

The condo was plenty big for 4 people, very clean with tasteful and soothing decor and furniture, upholstery was very clean. The linens were decent and beds comfortable. The location is very quiet and even within the walls. Kitchen had enough all around kitchenware to cook and eat. A drip coffee and Keurig coffee makers were available. This place looks like it was just renovated, it was kept up well. The view off the balcony was awesome with a direct view to the beach and no house in front to block it. Street below was very quiet with mostly golf cart and foot traffic. Very convenient walk to the beach and Village, 5 minutes. Loved that it was a gated condo and very private. Would stay there again!

Wouldn't come fix the TV

It wasn't working the last time we rented this unit. For the price we paid to stay here the TVs should work.

We’re sorry you had a bad experience this time. The other two TVs in the unit were working but we’ve identified the problem and have replaced the TV in the master bedroom. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Couldn't have asked for a better place

Went down to SSI for bit of a mini "reunion" with some HS friends (we great up down there). While the island has definitely changed since we graduated, there's enough the same that we wanted a nice, centrally located place to stay. This couldn't have been any better. The condo is in perfect shape and well stocked if you choose to have some meals at home. Extremely clean and the manager was outstanding and very responsive. The location was ideal - easy to walk to restaurants in the village as well as Crab Trap and Crabdaddy's in the opposite direction (1/2 mile either way). Small beach easily accessible across the street and the view was great. Price was great, as well. Comparable lodging at King and Prince (one of the cottages) was easily twice as much and not nearly as nice. Very much recommend and we will certainly stay there next time we go down.

The internet and both the bedroom tvs were out for four days. The owner was in Germany so I had to do without. They never got back to me for any updates. There was sand all over the floors in the living room and bedroom when we first got there. The commode was dirty with feces when my husband first lifted the lid in the master bathroom . There was dried food on alot of the silverware and one burnt frying pan left to be used by guests.No mop but there was a mop bucket. The oven pads were old, falling apart, and oily.

Dear Audie, we did not realize you came into the property under such circumstances. We know you called in about the internet, but did you discuss the issue of cleanliness as well? Please know we are always able to send cleaning out to fix anything they might have missed ahead of your arrival. We also could have brought over a mop and new oven pads. We strive to make sure our guests enjoy their stay, and we have issued a refund to make up for the issues you detailed in your review. It even had beach towels. The location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach (right across the street) and the Village. There is an ocean view from the balcony. The location of the pool means that it is shaded by the building itself. Makes for a cold swim but I was there in April so maybe that would be nice in the summer. The hot tub was not heated which was disappointing. There was some work being done at the building during my stay which was slightly disruptive due to noise but I would hope that’s not always going on.

The bedrooms were separated by the kitchen and bathrooms so there was a lot of privacy. And the balcony was perfect for 4 people to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. It was a 10 min leisurely walk to the pier and the brewery also.

It was great to wake up to an ocean/beach view every morning. The beach and to the town were in a short walking distance. The only negatives were that the master bedroom comforter was not clean when we got there(we washed it ourselves using the washer dryer) and the master toilet got stopped up on our last day. Other than that our stay was great!! We would stay here again.
