Spectacular Oceanfront with Panoramic Views.

The oceanfront house with the ā€œGreen Roofā€ is a spectacular location on the beach. You have to see it to understand. This beautiful home is a more private setting than most properties on Topsail yet is located in the middle of the island just north of Surf City where there is less congestion and traffic.

The house is actually more of a "home". The owners and their family/friends use the house extensively during the year when it is not rented. Green Roof is therefore very well maintained and cleaner then most properties, as has been attested in the many great reviews. The kitchen and house amenities are abundant, making the property your home away from home and thus, a great vacation getaway. Welcome!

Itā€™s a spacious house with plenty of room inside and out for friends and family. The entire first level deck is completely covered providing sun shade during warm afternoons and dry protection in case of rain. The upper level is a large open sun deck which provides incredible panoramic ocean views and breezes. Witness sunrises over the ocean and sunsets on the sound from any window, the decks or the many balconies surrounding the house. Take your private steps from any deck level to a pristine beach and the clean North Carolina seas. Rinse off in any of the two outdoor hot and cold showers.

The first level in ā€œGreen Roofā€ has one of the two master bedrooms with a queen bed and faces the ocean. There is a second bedroom (double bed) on the same floor also with beach access as well as a third bedroom which the kids will love. That room has a bunk bed that has a twin bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.

The upper level is the family gathering area for meals, entertainment and leisure. The entire living area has Italian tiled flooring, dining and a 55" HDTV (includes premium movie channels). The stunning view of the ocean is now all glass with the additional of a full size picture window. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has all the amenities and is just off the main dining area overlooking the beach. Enjoy watching television (HBO, Netflix) or just relaxing outside on the upper deck chairs to the sound of breaking waves below. Adjacent to the living area is the second and larger master bedroom suite whose bathroom includes both a shower and Jacuzzi.

The location is about two miles from the Surf City pier where thereā€™s great fishing, restaurants and shopping. There is even access to the Intercoastal Waterway (ICWW) nearby for all types of boating activities. Green Roof is vacation perfection whether itā€™s a family gathering or a private getaway. Itā€™s the complete package.

Best of all, Topsail Island's weather and ocean temperatures remain very pleasant almost all year. The beaches remain one of the more scenic on the east coast. Enjoy!

Please note that this property only accepts a minimum rental period of 1 week during the peak Summer season and all rental schedules are from a Saturday check-in to a Saturday check-out. During off season (mid-September to mid-May), the minimum rental is reduced to three (3) days. Also, please note that we do not allow more than 2 pets!

Green Roof will be available for rental throughout 2023 and 2024.

Spectacular for July 4!

Wonderful home with amazing views! On top of all the fantastic qualities this home has to offer, watching fireworks here was truly breathtaking! The location allows you to see far up the coast in both directions and there were fireworks EVERYWHERE on Independence Day! We loved it and will certainly return!

Beautiful beach front vacation

We had an amazing stay at Topsail Island and Jeff and Susan were gracious hosts. The house was pristinely clean and comfortable. We loved the ease of walking out to the beach each day and the house had lots of chairs and beach toys for use. The kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking needs. I would definitely book this property again.

Amazing, relaxing vacation

The house was perfect! It had enough space for 8 of us without feeling crowded. Updated and modern. Beautiful views from both decks. Easy access to the beach and hoses at every level to wash sand off. Great location not too far from Surf City but not too close and beach was not crowded at all. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Nice House

We loved where the house was situated; there was no house to one side so the beach was never crowded in front of the house. Two decks were fantastic to get some sun during the day and to watch the moon at night. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookwares. The layout in the living area was open so we could cook, eat, and hangout together in one place. We had a great time!

Great Green Roof Vacay

Check in was a breeze! Communication with owners was fantastic! This home was beautifully decorated and had ample room for the 6 of us and our 2 furry family members! Everything was clean and many ā€œextrasā€ supplied! The hosts even had a warm loaf of sourdough bread delivered to us one evening! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware! We loved the ocean views from all of the rooms and the easy access onto the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views INDEED! I come to Topsail often and this home is as advertised. Itā€™s clean (which is even more impressive that itā€™s dog friendly), the kitchen is MORE than well stocked. Itā€™s one of the best Iā€™ve seen. Oh, and the sourdough bread was divine and a lovely touch. Having 2 rinsing areas was a plus, as well. The garages were also a plus. Note: lots of stairs if you have anyone who has physical limitations. Certainly not a deterrent. The hosts and property manager were INCREDIBLY responsive. All in all my experience was outstanding and I highly recommend.

Best house we have stayed in 15 years !!

So clean ! It is set up so great you donā€™t even track sand in . Very comfortable and close to anything you need. The owners are great and make sure you know all that is needed for a wonderful vacation, kitchen has anything you need and linens and towels were exceptional. Close access to beach and chairs are even provided. Garage was spacious to park all vehicles. Great place to bring your pets . They also had a great time . We will definitely stay here again . No regrets at all !

Excellent!

This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in at the beach. The house was perfect, well stocked, and great location. I enjoyed having most of the bedrooms on a separate floor from the main space since it gave us the space to spread out and not feel crowded. The view and beach were gorgeous and we spent most of our time on the various decks. The owners were very communicative and helpful, answering questions and quickly resolving an Internet issue that arose. We will definitely look to be back some day! Excellent house!

Great house literally on the beach

We were debating between a condo and a beach house and I am very glad with the latter. The house has a deck that goes out right to the beach which was convenient with bringing stuff out for the day. Even at it's 'busiest' time (Memorial Day weekend) we had a whole section of the beach all to ourselves. Being a little nit picky but I wish the top deck had a dinning room table or at least 5-6 chairs so we could all hang out there in the evening.

Great house - great location.

We rent a lot in TS. This house was very nice. New kitchen and completely stocked. Large deck overlooking the Atlantic. Very comfortable. The Family had a great vacation. Thank You. * one suggestion to upgrade the wifi. Some of us had to work and were kicked off the wifi. Perhaps just an extender or two around the house would help.

Pictured walkway to beach was not there. Too many steps to get down to the walkway that was too narrow for the beach wheelchair that we rented for my wife. She is in a wheelchair, the living area is on the top floor too many steps. Living room chair leans to right when you sit. Blinds in one BR were broke.Freeze pops left in freezer mold.

Wonderful home, wonderful week!

Wow, from the minute you walk into the home you can tell how much it is loved! Although there are a lot of stairs (something to be ready for!), you're greeting with beautiful crown molding and decorations along the way. The view from the living area is breath-taking, and once you are out on the balcony you have views from all directions with the sand and ocean right at your feet! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen really well stocked, and there were thoughtful accents throughout that made us feel right at home. The location is excellent - just north of the Surf City line - so access to shopping and restaurants is a breeze. We would stay here again n a heartbeat! Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. The property was very nice. I was surprised that there were several dirty glasses in the sink, used coffee grounds in the coffeemaker. The bath mats in the master were wet and at least one set of linens were not changed. Overall the rest of the house was clean and it was great for our family. The Communication with the property owners was great, we never talked to the property manager.

we had a wonderful time at this house. excellent, clean, under crowded beach. the house was great with good modern amenities. we had 3 adult couples, but could have easily accommodated a couple more people.. good golf close by & good seafood options we would stay there again 100%.
