This oceanfront retreat will be sure to have you feeling like this is your home away from home. Perfect for families, sleeps 11 guests ā€“ 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Star gazing and dolphin watching is a must. You will feel like you're on a private beach with no public access nearby.

Rest to the ocean breezes and sound of the waves in the oceanfront queen bedroom with a private deck. Watch amazing sunrises from the balcony or the comfort of your bed. The adjacent queen also features a private deck with magnificent views of the sound with stunning sunsets. The kids room has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on the bottom -twin above, and another full size bed. The kiddos will love the Oceanview from their room and small deck. The King Suite off the main living areas has full bathroom in close proximity.

Coastal charm flows throughout the home from the dƩcor and furnishings to the light and airy vaulted ceilings. Enjoy family meals in the updated kitchen that is fully stocked with quartz countertops and a full dining area. Deck expands beyond great room for breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Direct beach access is available anytime. Walk right out to the beach from the main deck.

Amenities for this property include washer/dryer, oversized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, central air/heat, wireless internet, smart TVs available in all bedrooms and great room, ceiling fans, carport, board games, beach chairs and sand toys, and 3 sundecks.

June through August 9th- 7 night minimum with Saturday check in/out.

Location is approximately 5.5 miles north of Surf City roundabout.

- Keyless entry Code will be provided 24 hours before check in
- Parking available under and in front of our side of the duplex. Note the property is a duplex.

The house was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the balconies. The beach was incredible. We wanted to find a property that was as close as possible to the water. Even with a bad back and hip access was good. I had several extremely helpful communications with our hosts. We would love to rent this property again in the future.

Great location. Residential area, so no hassle and bustle, which is exactly what we wanted. Amenities like grocery and restaurants were just a few miles away. Close enough, but far enough. House was clean and stocked. Access to the beautiful beach was easy. Foot wash and shower provided were great to rinse off. Couldn't have asked for more.

Bliss on the Beach

Very tastefully decorated but yet child friendly. Check-In was easy. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and nicely labeled. The propane tank was empty when we arrived. Very Quiet and peaceful. The beach front was great and so close to the house. Loved having the shower to clean off the sand. Having the beach chairs and sand toys were great. We took advantage of them not only with the sand but lots of crabbing. The boogie boards were broken but the kids loved taking them in the water anyhow. We did accidentally break a wine glass. We would highly recommend your place.

Excellent spot! We had an amazing stay at this beach house. The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with few steps to climb. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Itā€™s a gorgeous coastal escape and fantastic choice.

Beauty on the beach

Our family had the best long weekend. This house is a few steps from the beach. 5 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space, plenty beach chairs and beach toys and beach towels. Great location and extremely kind host. You canā€™t go wrong with this house.

Clean and organized

The house is cute, clean, and organized. All of the amenities are there including starter products like coffee, soaps, toilet paper etc. All light switches were labeled to easily figure out. It was up to date. Location on beach was lovely sunrise to your left, sunset to your right. Lovely.

The best time!

The house was so nice, so clean! Tons of beach chairs, toys, boards, umbrellas to use. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily. We were super pleased! Highly recommend

Perfect vacation

This lovely home was perfect for my family's annual beach vacation. The location on the beach was so convenient and the views were great. House had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation

We loved everything about this place. Having beach towels, beach chairs, all kitchen appliances were perfect just whay we need. Beds were very comfortable Patio furniture was perfect for the gorgeous beach view and relaxing.

Superb location on beach & clean!

We spent a fabulous week here & will definitely be back. The location is perfect, a few minutes drive to the bridge for shopping or down to the Surf City restaurants. The produce stand is a short walk if you need fresh fruits, veggies or bread. The beach is literally STEPS away from the deck & feels almost private. The house & linens were CLEAN. The mattresses & pillows were surprisingly comfy. The closets were stocked w/extra pillows & blankets. The house felt quite cozy. The kitchen is small, but equipped. We cooked daily meals for our family of 5 easily. Having a propane grill was a huge plus! There were boogie boards, chairs & thankfully an umbrella (ours broke from the crazy wind) to borrow. The full size washer & dryer was nice. The main floor bedroom/bath was perfect for my relatives with mobility issues. Thereā€™s one flight of stairs to enter the home, but once inside they were ok. Thereā€™s two steps down the back walkway to the beach. The owners are very responsive. Overall, I highly recommend staying HERE!

Totally Relaxing

The property exceeded all our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Toiletries were provided in the bathrooms which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, right on the beach. There were a couple of occasions when needed to contact Christina and she always responded very quickly. We had a lovely relaxing week and hope to return next December. We can highly recommend this cottage.
