The space

This entire condo offers a bright, comfortable setting designed for shared time and unhurried living. Ocean views anchor the experience, extending from the main bedroom into the living area and out onto the private balcony. Inside, the layout balances open gathering spaces with private retreats, making it easy to spend time together or step away and recharge.



Outdoor living and resort setting

Step onto the balcony to take in ocean, beach, pool, resort, and skyline views that change throughout the day. Beyond the unit, the property provides resort access with multiple pools, a hot tub, a lazy river, and splash areas. Shared beach access puts the shoreline just steps away, while landscaped grounds and open outdoor spaces invite relaxed strolls between water and sand. An outdoor shower is available at the property for rinsing off after beach time.



Kitchen and dining

A queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa provide flexible arrangements for families or groups. Three bathrooms support the layout, including one with a newly remodeled shower.

Throughout the condo, you’ll find air conditioning, ceiling fans, HDTVs, and WiFi, along with a dedicated workspace for remote needs. An elevator serves the building, and free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street. Self check-in via smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and long-term stays are welcome.
