Bogie's Bungalow-Hot Tub, Downtown, 2nd Bathroom

Featuring an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light, Bogie`s Bungalow is perfect for singles, couples, close friends, or small family. Casual and comfortable with an artistic vibe. Bogie`s is an amazing treat and retreat, one of four stand alone cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. Our cottages share a courtyard, including a beautiful garden, communal patio with a large BBQ grill, and a 6 person hot tub. Centrally located in downtown Moab.

Outfitted for a couple with a comfortable queen bed, a small twin day bed in an upstairs loft, a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one inside - one outside), and lovely gardens. With an emphasis on natural building materials,

Bogie`s Bungalow is refreshingly clean and light. Colorful, welcoming tones and a blend of vintage and contemporary furnishings add warmth and personality. It is a stand alone bungalow with a private entrance and one convenient dedicated parking space in front.
Please note that although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $20 per dog fee added to your stay.

We allow one small/medium dog in Bogie`s Bungalow. Our pet fee is $20 per pet, and Airbnb will charge you through your booking. In your cottage you will find a `Pet Package` containing a towel, waste bags, and pet sheet to care for your four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:

I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy for cottages at 3 Dogs & a Moose and I promise that:

-My pet is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
-My pet is free of ticks and fleas.
-My pet will be with me under my care at all times. (Alternatively, my pet is crate trained and will be in crate if left unattended in unit.)
-My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
-I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.
-I will keep my pet off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
-I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.

Bogie`s Bungalow is one of four cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages. It is a stand alone cottage with a private entrance. Each of our cottages has a private outdoor space/patio and the BBQ is located on the communal patio.

Moab is such a special place, and we work hard to make sure that the experience will not stop with your surroundings. Bogie’s Bungalow is designed for self check in and check out. Bogies Bungalow is located on an artsy off-beat street in the middle of town. While you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, you also feel like you are in a secluded nook! On Third Thursdays March-November we host live music and performers across the street at our plant based food truck , Moab Kitchen. At the end of the street we host yoga, silent discos, music jams, voice circles and special workshops. See our IG hearthspacemoab for our events and calendar.

There is a small, twin bed in the loft space above that is ideal for children, or smaller adults who don`t mind tiny spaces. :)
Note: The ladder to access the loft is steep.

We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
SMOKING:
- NO Smoking is permitted in any dwelling. Please be mindful, courteous and responsible of your second-hand smoke and cigarette butts. You will be fined $50 if cigarette butts are found.

PETS:
- Let us know if you will be bringing your pet, including service/security dogs, so we can send you our pet policy agreement and make arrangements for any applicable fee payment. Violation of pet agreement and failure to disclose your pet may result in a minimum of $50 fee.

HOT TUB:
- Please do not use bath towels for the hot tub. Cottages will be equipped with designated hot tub towels located in a labelled basket.
- Please rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub.
- Always replace and latch the hot tub cover after use.
- Children under the age of 16 must be adult supervised at all times during hot tub use.

QUIET HOURS:
- 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful :)

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE:
- Check out is at 10 am. Please inquire with management for late check out availability (additional fee).
We reserve the right to charge a $75 late check out fee if not communicated and approved by management.

BIKES:
- We ask that you keep your bikes outside, you are welcome to store them behind the house or lock them to the fence, but please help us to keep greasy things out ☺

- Booking future travel plans typically involves a bit of uncertainty, please review our strict cancellation policy.
