This beautiful house, located directly by the sea, is 8 minutes from the airport in Montego Bay and offers you a fantastic view of the sea. Only a few steps then you are on your own beach. Also very suitable for children as the sea is shallow at the edge. Good opportunities for snorkeling and diving thanks to an offshore reef. There is also a grill in the garden. Other water sports in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Freshly caught fish every day just a few minutes' walk away.
The 'Fairview' shopping center can be reached by car, taxi or bus in about 5 minutes.
Fantastic golf courses in Rose Hall and Ironshore.
The house has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms.
Living room with kitchen incl. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven etc., washing machine, dryer, TV, radio CD and WiFi.
My caretaker Tman guards the house day and night and is very friendly and helpful.
Martin our cook will be happy to prepare traditional dishes for you.
Per meal up to 5 people 30, - US $. He would also be happy to take you to the supermarket.
PapaD can pick you up from the airport for up to 5 people for 25, - US $.

Beware of cameras

The host T-Mann is the only great thing about this property he made are stay welcoming..was told the chef was available those dates.. 2 times I confirmed with Evelyn upon booking and a couple months prior to arrival. while I was there I asked a few times for the cookā€¦ he never showed up so just gave up on that.. BEWARE of house next door has 2 cameras 1 facing the ocean and the other pointing at both upstairs bathroom windows that can clearly see you walking around inside and what your doing inside definitely no privacy. They can definitely see whatā€™s going on in the restrooms, unfortunately we did not notice this until the last day we were there, we blocked out bath room windows for the last day, we did bring thing up to Evelyn who did not seem interested in hearing about the cameras, she certainly did not acknowledge our concerns whatsoever about the cameras. We do have videos and pictures! Beware!!!!

Triplets On The Bay

Triplets on the Bay, is Not an entire house, but a home divided into 3 units.(Like A Triplex Condo) You will be there with other guests and a radio station. Outside looked a little sketchy, as it was right on the main street, but there was a secured gate. Being on the water i thought it was a little further back from the main road and traffic. (maybe its just the island look) but once inside you felt at home and somewhat safe once you figured out the landscape. The main unit is awesome, clean, spacious, with awesome views, however, you share the common areas, back area with other guests such as pool, pier, beach, grounds, etc which was not what we expected. Beds need toppers or better mattresses as they were a bit too hard to sleep comfortably and hot water was not working. The guys that worked there were awesome. Dewane was sincere, accommodating, and superb getting us around town to shopping, entertainment, and excursions for a fee. Martin is a great chef, and Papa D with the radio station was awesome as well. Shout out to Dub Party FM. Overall the stay was quite serene as you go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean and the life around it. My family was happy and I enjoyed my birthday, fathers day, vacation. Would do it again, but the matress has to be softer and the water has to be hot. Not hot water means germs and viruses.

Homely Feeling

We felt very satisfied with the homely feeling and the spaciousness of the Rooms. We enjoyed the fresh sea air. We loved the layout of the furnishings and the cleanliness of everything. The workers were excellent - gave us our space and was always helpful and respectful.

Safe and comfortable place to stay.

This was a family trip with my 3 sisters so we got the 4 bedroom house. The listing says 4 BR 3.5 Baths but it is actually 4 BR and each have their own on-suite bath with a 1/2 bath in the main living area, so we were pleasantly surprised!. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the view was amazing. Evelin, the host was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. One concern was safety but she assured me her "guys' would make take care of us, and they certainly did. Dwayne picked us up at the airport ($30 USD for the 4 of us) and was waiting when we arrived. He also stopped on the way there at the grocery so we could get some supplies. Another day he took us shopping at the local farmers market and walked with us everywhere making sure we were safe and negotiating prices for us, he was great. He provided transport to a restaurant one night returning to pick us up. Tmann was at the airport too helping with our luggage and at the house he walked with us to the local fish monger to help us get our dinner. He cleaned it for us and would have cooked it ($30 USD) had we wanted him to, but we wanted to give it a try on our own. It was great! Martin was always there at the house making us feel safe and well looked after. It was a really relaxing trip for us. If I have anything negative to say, it would be that the weather was very windy 2 of the days but they can't really control that. The property is a compound (gated) of 3 rental houses that share the pool

Great stay at the Tripletts

Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. What makes this place so special is PapaD and his family taking well care of you. They are so kind and helped us with with all we needed - picking up/dropping off at the airport - driving us to wherever we needed (restaurants, shopping etc) - Martin, the chef, cooked for us twice. Probably the best meal we have ever eaten. He is such a good chef Last evening was great- PapaD and his family joined us for dinner and we listened to him playing his guitar and singing for us. That experience will stay in our hearts for ever. Their kindness made us feel we were part of the PapaD family. We can highly recommend the Triplets on the Bay

wow what a experience in Jamaica

the property is beautiful amazing views from the first floor and especially the top master balcony the oceanfront is great for snorkeling the nice pool is a perfect addition also Tman was awesome and nice and accomodating and always entertaining. Martin the chef is also great and cooked for us one dinner, i and my wife learned a lot from him teaching her how to cook Jamaican style mon. Papa D was always welcoming and arranged a driver for us, his son Dwayne who drove us around to all the attractions in Jamaica at a reasonable price. Papa D also but a concert for us our last night there which was some of the best music i have heard, still listening to his songs from a CD i bought a few days later. overall we had a wonderful experience at triplets on the bay, and would definetly recccomend a stay here

Birthday trip gone wrong - the house is bare - not even a bottled water, spatula, or napkins

I booked this trip well in advanced for my 40th birthday. Eleven days prior to the trip the host, Evelyne, messages me stating there will be no chef. After quite a bit of unprofessional communication, she stated she doesnā€™t feel responsible because Martin doesnā€™t work for her. That he takes off when he is on holiday. A few days before the trip she sends me a message stating to call the chef. I did so, only for George to answer the phone, verify that I called Jamaica, and tell me heā€™s a singer not a chef. I contacted Evelyn to inform her of the results. She responded in a very condescending manner, giving me the phone number again and telling me, ā€œthe +1 is very important!!!!ā€ Which informs me that either she didnā€™t read what I said or didnā€™t care. I reached out to VRBO We arrive and are greeted by T-man and Papa D. T-man was the joy of the trip. Heā€™s a very personable and authentic person. His energy is unmatched. He was the only positive part of the rental experience. He gave us a tour of the house and the grounds and answered any and every question we had. Things went awry when we realized there was an ant problem. We searched to resolve the ant issue. We found Cheetos and chips under the microwave and garbage in the trash. We hadnā€™t even bought groceries yet. A deeper look into the home revealed uncleanliness to a level none of us were comfortable with and hazards. The dishwasher is riddled with mold, the refrigerator leaked, the stovetop and oven were filthy, and one of the metal brackets for the freezer was broken. Some of the living room curtain rods were, either completely or partially, unscrewed. The curtains were stained and had holes. The bedroom downstairs smelled of fish; no one resided in that room, some of the beds didnā€™t have mattress protectors and none of the pillow cases had them either, make up stains were on the bed linen, and the floor was so dirty that the bottom of my feet turned black before making it outside. Luckily, we travel prepared for anything. We came equipped with mattress covers, bed linen, and towels. The chef, George, who is a singer; wanted to charge a party of three 65 USD per meal. This was the price AFTER us paying to get to the market, and gathering everything we needed for him to cook it. PapaD charged is 25 USD for a four minute ride to the market. Why were we charged when he works for the host? We left the home sanitized and cleaner than when we arrived.

Amazing hospitality

Our stay at Tripletts was made amazing by T Man Papa D and Martin. Our adult and teen kiddos wanted to go explore the town and Papa D took them out and stayed with them. We had the most amazing meal our last night prepared by Martin with a concert by Papa D. There wasn't a question T man couldn't answer or request he couldn't take care of! I can't say enough wonderful things about this home! We will be back for sure!

True Jamaican Hospitality

This is a must stay for groups and families! We were so blessed by the property we only left once. Chillin' by the sea and soaking in the view. Martin, AJ and PapaD made us feel like long time friends. They shopped for us, Martin prepared traditional oxtail dinner. They had dinner with us and PapaD came with guitar to play reggae and his own recordings. Thank you Evelyne for your vision and sharing the beautiful house. We will be back! Respect.

A special time and experience in Jamacia

Our stay here allowed us the opportunity to really learn about the people and culture of Jamaica. PapaD, Tman and Martin were our personal guides and showed us what life is like on the island. Our view of the ocean cannot be accurately described with words but it was beautiful. The care we received from PapaD helped us to feel as if he were a longtime friend who we could trust with our lives. We were shown love and kindness which we appreciated and we look forward to seeing our friends in the future. Thanks for everything,

Birthday fun

I chose this property because of the great reviews, and invites 8 of my friends to join me for my bday. There are pros and cons. Pros- PapaD, AJ, and Tman were very entertaining and so sweet. The Veiws were great, the food was good (we bought groceries and AJ cooked for us). Went off properly a few times, and this can be pricey too. The houses are joined together so it was nice having the space, since I rented out both we didnā€™t have to share the property with any others except the guy(Freddy) that was in the apartment. Luckily he was a lot of fun and joined us for our parties. It was nice being able to blast our music, be right on the water and have the guys keeping us entertained and safe. The cons: air conditioning broke in one of the rooms and it wasnā€™t fixed for our stay. The house is close to the road therefore traffic is extremely loud in certain rooms. The master bedroom in the bigger house is amazing but the bed is awful, I couldnā€™t even sleep in it unfortunately. Not having air conditioning in the common area wasnā€™t a huge deal bcuz we were outside or in our rooms. The grand finale was my absolute fav thing about staying hereā€¦ papa D put on a little show and everyone was singing and dancing!! All in all, if it werenā€™t for these guys I would def say 2 stars. They def are a huge assett

Triplets on the bay! Wow!

Triplets on the bay is quite the experience. I stayed there from January 4th through the 11th 2022. This was my first time in Jamaica and definitely will not be my last especially if I get to stay at triplets again. T-man papa d and Martin really do make the trip they are there for your every need and every time we went somewhere and papa D drove us he always waited for us to finish our excursion to keep us safe.we went to the local store at least 3 times and one of the guys was always there to help us and used there store card for us to save us some money! Martin is a wonderful cook lobster one night and red sea bass another. Tman what can I say......such a joy! We will be back! From the bottom of hearts we thank for making our trip so memorable ! Communication with Evelyn was top notch. She was great! I could go on and on!!! If your going to Jamaica book this place ! See ya all soon ! ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤šŸ– LISA , TRISH, AND KAREN!

Close to airport and downtown Montego Bay. The hosts went out of their way to get us anything we needed. They were always available day and night. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Montego Bay Area. Beautiful view!

An authentic Jamaican vacation!!!

Bless up everyone. ( the local way to say hello). If you're looking for a real Jamaican experience, Triplet on the Bay is the way to go. Minutes from Sangster airport, yet away from the tourist resorts, Triplet is the place to live you live in Jamaica. The hosts (Papa D, AJ and Martin) were exceptional, making sure all our needs were met. Our excursions to local attractions were excellent. Martin is an excellent chef and the views of the ocean from the main BR and the outdoor patio were amazing. Sunsets and sunrises were always perfect. To finish a spectacular vacation, we had a jam session with Papa D, a legit recording artist. Thanks guys for making this trip unforgettable!

This was the absolute best place to vacation and stay in MontegoBay, peaceful, gorgeous, clean.

The property managers and helpers were superb, kind, and willing to share their time and lives with us. The property manager cooked our whole family a fantastic Jamaican meal,and they gave us two in house reggae concerts! It was memorable and amazing.
