Caribbean Sea Dreams is a lovely 2 bedroom townhome which has everything you will need for a perfect vacation. The property boosts 2 pools, manicured gardens, small beach area, gazebo...all on the main floor with walk out. Access is permitted to the Montego Bay yacht club and the restaurant for dining by the water. A gated community, Bay Pointe offers security for travelers. A helper to assist with cleaning, laundry and meal preparation makes for a worry free vacation. In addition to this ground floor unit, we have another 3
bedroom townhome in the same complex.

Dorothy was wonderful! Her cooking & local knowledge was beyond expectations. She is worth staying here. Condo was very nice, clean, safe & conveniently located. The beach access was a great bonus! Well maintained, could use some updates, but everything was functional.

Excellent location

The location is great, especially if you are on a cruise as you can watch your ship dock. The apartment is very dated but functional and clean. A couple of fold up sun beds would be great to have on the patio

Mobay stay

Condo was nice and clean . We were able to check in before 3pm which was very convenient. Pool area nice and peaceful . Very comfortable beds. Minor issue prior to us leaving as we got locked out of the unit . Big shout out to the cleaning Lady who was wonderful and helped us get back in so we didnā€™t miss our flight . So recommend ensuring that security has the key to all access points to prevent this from happening . But overall a great stay . Thank you to the owners

Beautiful waterside location with lovely view of the water and marina. Pools were very convenient to the home. Security guard was helpful. Large kitchen with all items needed to cook your own meals. Plenty of green space for walking around the property. Views from the Gazebo were relaxing-- watching boats coming in and out of the docking area.

Apartment needs complete updating, including new kitchen appliances ( fridge, microwave) and living room furniture ( sofa stained, tattered and worn out). The complex was built in the early nineties and this unit looks like it was never renovated. The security safe was unusable as it was locked when we arrived. A small beach was included in the description of the property with a picture. This so called beach was really very small and was also unusable as it was littered with garbage (empty plastic bottles and cans, etc). The pools were clean and welcoming but some of the lounge chairs need replacing. The common areas were peaceful and quiet. Being a gated community with 24 hr security you feel secure and safe.

Jamaican Holiday

We have just returned from a 21 day vacation at Baypoint .It was very relaxing and the weather was amazing.The 2 bedroom unit we had was great.Kept very clean by Dorothy and she also cooked some great breakfasts and dinners for us.Amazing meals. Amazing stay

Beautiful views and wonderful food by Dorothy! We loved the gated security and quiet area of the apartment. The views were amazing and Dorothyā€™s cooking was absolutely incredible!! She was so helpful and so kind to our family! Her food tasted so good that we didnā€™t eat out at all! Loved having the washer and dryer so that we didnā€™t have to bring dirty clothes home. Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus with a teenager too! Couldnā€™t have asked for a better experience and again Dorothy was the icing in the cake! She made sure we were well fed and well taken care of!

Best trip ever.

This was the best trip ever. Mrs Dorothy was an excellent cook. She asked us what we needed and she delivered. This property had everything we needed. They will go shopping for what you want before you get there. This took a lot of stress off of us. They have a information book that list and explains basically everything you need to know. If it was not in the book as Mrs. Dorothy and she would help.

Stay in Paradise

The property was as advertised. It was well cleaned and the location on the Bay was perfect. Upon arrival, Alecia had dinner waiting for us. Alecia took excellent care of our family and was a godsend for the week. The property was clean and more than enough space for my family of four. The pool was well received by the children, was very close to the unit and the the beach was a short walk from the property. Food was the only obstacle but a couple of trips to the market solved that problem. There is an extra charge for transportation. Alecia was available everyday to cook and clean. I am glad we chose this option over a resort. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal Jamaican Experience!!!

I stayed on this property from 7/29/18 to 8/5/18 and felt like I was truly home. Dorothy, was phenomenal. She made authentic Jamaican meals which we ate down to the last bite. Plates so clean, she barely had to wash them. The cruise line that pulled practically in our backyard was beautiful and amazing. I loved everything about this property. I've been to Jamaica six times but this was the first time I had a true Jamaican experience. The property was very well manicured, safe, quiet, clean, and the two bedroom setup was perfect. I am definitely booking my next trip to Jamaica and planning to stay at the exact same property and request Dorothy. Thank you for such a wonderful Jamaican experience! See you soon! Jan Oliver

Fantastic vacation home for a fair price

My wife, in-laws, 3-year old daughter, and I had a great time during our recent stay at this Baypointe condo. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and A/C in the bedrooms and living room. This unit has a primo location on the ground floor overlooking the harbour with a patio offering a front-row view of the cruise ships that arrive several times a week. The grounds of the complex are very well kept, with two beautiful pools, a gazebo and a tiny beach. Access to the former Hard Rock Cafe beach is included, which is only a 10 minute walk away. This beach is an absolute gem, with a bathroom on site, beach chairs freely available, and security ensuring only Freeport residents have access. If you are a strong swimmer and come prepared with fins, mask and snorkel, there is a coral reef ~200 m off-shore, extending ~1 km in each direction. I observed a wide variety of fish, corals and sponges. Snorkeling here was as good, if not better, than at the reef in Negril, which we paid to visit on a glass-bottomed boat. Dorothy, the house-keeper/cook was lovely to chat with and took great care of us during our stay, making some fantastic meals with the groceries we purchased. I think our daughter would have happily gone home with her. My only complaint about this rental is that the location is somewhat isolated, with trips to restaurants/grocery stores requiring a taxi. I highly recommend Leroy (host-recommended) as a driver.

A perfect stay!

While on first entry to the unit our 14 y/o wasnā€™t thrilled with the furniture, there is absolutely no question that the meticulously maintained grounds of the Baypointe complex more than make up for any slightly dated aspects to the condo. This is a VRBO, not a hotel. You get to walk outside and chat with other ex-pats (and Jamaicans) that live in the complex. You can have breakfast at home, load up on snacks (we asked our taxi driver to stop at the market on the way from the airport so we could take a quick walk around and buy some goodies), and lounge around like you would at home on the patio looking at the boats go by. But you get daily cleaning, personally cooked meals and a concierge. Wait, this is a VRBO? If this place existed just as a regular VRBO it would be really good. But Dorothy is the icing on the cake. If Dorothy came in every day and just smiled and chatted without doing the dishes, making the beds, cleaning up and helping us arrange our taxi it would be amazing because she is just a sweet, wonderful woman with amazing stories to tell and advice to give. And then she cooks! Really whatever you want. Without question, the best meal we had our entire trip was Dorothyā€™s homestyle chicken. This is not a hotel. If youā€™re looking for a hotel/resort experience please pay the extra money and go to one. Some extra effort is required here to help coordinate your meals, take taxis to get to places and entertain yourself (and your 14 year old). However, if you are willing to put in the effort, you will absolutely love your vacation at Baypointe!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The detailed instructions were very appreciated. It felt like a second home. The house keeper also cooked my requested meals and they were good. The home is older and has character. I would rebook in a second with no hesitation.

Whether it's watching the docking of the cruise ships while you enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or the trade winds blowing as you sip your afternoon cocktail or Red Stripe, Bay Pointe is the perfect worry-free location for your Jamaican getaway or family vacation. The easy access, (no stairs), from the ground floor apartment was an important part of the decision when choosing this apartment. Guests of all ages will enjoy the easy access both within the townhome and outside. Our 3 units are unique in the fact it includes a housekeeper/cook making for a worry free vacation. We are one of the only properties in this area offering this level of service.
The lush scenery and gardens complete this tropical paradise. For larger groups, both apartment A101 and it's sister apartment B103 can be rented, accommodating up to 5 guests in each unit. Our third unit, a three bedroom unit C304, can accommodate 6 guests.
