Great guest, left the house in great Shape and followed all the rules. Will host them anytime.

Hi, I explained to your husband and gave all the check in directions and information so issues wouldn’t happen. One of the issues was the pool heater or the AC or other things listed. The pool heater and AC were not to be manipulated or change because there’s usually a problem when guest do it and don’t know what they are doing. I still apologize for that and we got everything fixed right away, the pool heater lock out (which it was cause by you) got checked the same day and fix Monday and the front door lock the same day in one hour. Unfortunately batteries die, things brake, the heater is very sensitive and if people change the settings it goes into lockout, this cost us a lot of money and for a technician to come and fix it even more. We didn’t cause this and we fixed it a soon as possible. But even so the pool was in clean and working condition with beautiful 80 degree weather and any one could have use it. Now as far as your complaints is very unreasonable and untrue, many things that you say aren’t true. Because just of the first sentence you are lying and saying it was 3 1/2 days when you stayed 5. We let you do early check in and late check out (2 hours). We accommodate on everything and spoke to Paolo about everything. We don’t get $6300, Vrbo charges fees and we only get $4500, so I didn’t charge you that amount. This property is in a country area and there ants and flies as well as many insects and animals, but still there’s minimal ants and we have gel and traps for them. The lanterns and others decorate items have been outside and they were just dirty from the grass mowers and some items have been outside for months. We never thought some one would make that as a factor on a stay or a property. The house was clean and is very clean, there may be some small stains on the carpets and or things but they are not dirty. We have new towels and new sheets and is completely not true that they were bad and dirty. We even supplied more than 20 pool/beach towels and extra bathroom towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Maybe you used and older store towel but we had new towels for you. As far as the fire pit is set for you but we never supply the wood, and it’s a bit rusty but is usable and safe. The boat and hedges that’s some thing that’s outside and are things that don’t have any effect on your stay. We offer 4 bedrooms with beds and the extra is a pull out couch for extra guest, is not a bed in the laundry. So again you are making things up and been very unreasonable. Alexa not working? We are proud of our system and it works perfectly. And our refrigerator is top of the line and it get everything cold right away. All these is just absurd. I never had any one complaint about every little thing in the house or property and specially when we were super helpful and accommodating, fixed the issues and got everything working for you. And also we had damages from you that I have to report but I’m sure you would just make excuses for it. I just don’t understand why come to some one’s house and attack them and criticize every little thing in stead of understanding and enjoying the beautiful property.
