Lower Level: Enter through gate on Norfolk St from skiing on this level. Take off boots and gear in the ski/boot prep room. Dry your boots with dryer system. Store your ski gear in custom cubbies. The 1st master suite is on this level w/ en suite bathroom, King bed, large walk through changing area, dual vanities in bathroom, rain shower and steam w/ Vola fixtures. A guest room (bedroom #3) on this floor has a king bed and en-suite bathroom w/ large walk in shower. There is a separate laundry room with full size front loading LG washer and dryer.

In the summer, you walk right out the door onto the mountain for hiking up Sweeney's Switchback and other popular trails. Mountain bikers can ride from the house in 5 minutes to the base of Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) where there are many Mountain Bike trails to explore.
