10/10 house! We loved our stay. The house was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The listing was very accurate. The host was great when it came to communication. They sent us all the info for our stay, I had zero questions she covered everything. I didn't have to follow up with anything she was very thorough. We have been staying in this specific neighborhood for 10 years in various other houses and this house is hands down our new favorite. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect For Families

We had a wonderful stay in Blue Mountain Beach! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a stay with kids. Highly recommend :)

This is a fabulous beach house! It was spacious & clean. It is in a great location. We enjoyed grilling & dining in the back yard. We relaxed on front porch, had fun in the pool & walked to nearby restaurants. Rebecca, the host, is wonderful!

5 stars, 10/10 — great home, location and stay! Rebecca’s communication was always prompt. Just a couple items to note: community pool closed for the day around 6:30pm (at least when we were there for spring break) which was earlier than we have experienced at other places. And a larger flat frying pan/ griddle would have been nice to make pancakes, but we just stuck with making eggs. Would stay again, thank you!

Relaxing family vacation

The house was perfect for our group, 4 adults, 3 teens. Plenty of space, decorated nicely and had several items we needed. The neighborhood is wonderful, peaceful and the pool is across the street, which my son was a huge fan of. We would definitely stay again! Thank you

Great house and great neighborhood

Very spacious property. Had nearly everything you could want or need from home. The primary shower (downstairs) was absolutely delightful!! Host was very responsive to inquiries. The beach is close enough to walk to, just don’t overpack, lol!!!We used the fitness center and pool every day. 100% recommend!

Great house for group

This was a great beach home for our extended family. We enjoyed the open concept for meals and game nights. There were so many beds and plenty of bedding for all of the cousins. The kids loved the bikes and rode them every day. We really appreciated the extra beach toys and beach towels! The community felt safe, was very clean and in close proximity to beach access. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Fantastic house, beautiful beach!

We all LOVED our stay! We rented a golf cart that took us on lots of adventures. The beach was so close and absolutely beautiful. The very nice pool is right across the street from the house, very convenient! We had lots of wonderful family time and ended our day with ice cream from the new shop right down the street! Thank you Rebecca to be so quick to respond! Hope we can come back soon 🥰😎

This house was perfect for our family to six adults, a three year old and six month old. The house was very clean and stocked for our cooking needs for the week. The owner had a scavenger hunt for our kids to do throughout the house for beach themed prizes and our grandson loved this. The community swimming pool is right across the cul-da-sac so very easy to get to and it was clean, well maintained. The home's location is so convenient to local restaurants, ice cream shoppes and the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and we felt safe at all times. We will definitely book this home again if we vacation in Santa Rosa Beach.

Best vaca ever!!

The house was beautiful & in a really nice gated community in blue mountain beach. The communication on the hosts side was quick and helpful. My family loved the layout of the house. We felt right at home! The neighborhood pool was awesome. I personally slept comfortably in the master bedroom. I had family in the other 2 rooms. I did hear them keep saying how uncomfortable the mattresses were in both bedrooms. If the mattresses were upgraded, I would have no complains!

Wonderful house, great location, lots of extras! Excellent communication 💕

We stayed there with our 5 children. The house was perfect! We were welcomed with a goodie basket of snacks on the bar waiting for us. The pool and gym were closed for a few day and the host was gracious enough to to reimburse us for that! We loved the extra beach towels provided and the tv outside was awesome (it was too hot outside for us) watching a movie or game outside in the fall with the string lights would be awesome! We needed batteries for a few remotes and the host delivered them that day! We rented a golf cart to take to the beach. The bikes at the house were a added bonus.

Great location with everything you need for excellent vacation

Stayed during 4th of July weekend. Really enjoyed our time at Santa Rosa Beach. House is located about 15min walk to Blue Mountain Beach. But we rented golf cart and used bicycles which was an experience on its own. Near restaurants, bars and ice cream shop. Gated community which is nice for extra peace and quiet. House is equiped with everything you need for entertainment and beach visits! House was very clean. Rebecca was very quick to respond to any question. Only 2 issues; house sleeps comfortably 5 adults and 5 kids. No way it can comfortably sleep 11. Bunk room door needs to get fixed. Squeeking and not closing properly. Oh and community pool was one giant jacuzzi. Absolutely no reason to heat it up when it's 95 degrees outside. Everything else was excellent!

The house met all of our group's needs and was located in close proximity to the pool and fitness center, which was nice. Everything was clean and it had all of the supplies (silverware, pots and pans, dishes, towels, etc.) needed for our stay. We did communicate a couple of issues we found after checking in (chairs missing screws, slow draining sinks) but never received a response. Other than that, we enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

Great home for a family vacation. Ample space for sleeping and relaxing. Beach is a short walk or bike ride away. Close restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops within walking distance. Beautiful, although, crowded beach and emerald green water. Umbrella and chair rentals were available at the public beach access. Note- the beach access via Redfish is a private beach and although we did go there one day, we were instructed by the guard that we had to stay in the ‘wet sand’ or risk being asked to leave. Pool was very close to house and much less crowded. Nice perk was the 4 available bikes as well as beach chairs and cart for transporting. Also available were a couple coolers and beach towels for those traveling via air. Host was responsive when a drain issue was noticed and it was addressed the next day.

We loved our stay! The house was clean and spacious, and the pool being steps away was great! We rented a golf cart to get to the beach which made it super easy. We also loved being able to walk a minute down the road to ice cream and coffee!

Beautiful Home Close to Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much! Close to the beach (15 minute walk or even shorter bike ride) and just steps from the pool. The house is lovely and the starters and small touches were so thoughtful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous, well decorated home! The layout works well for a larger group too because there are multiple places to hang out both inside and out. The walk to the beach is not very long, but we choose to drive due to the amount of stuff we wanted to bring. Rebecca is always available quickly for whatever you need. I highly recommend planning your next vacation in THIS home!
