The Calypso Beach Resort East Tower ā€“ 3 BR 3 BA Condo 3 KING SIZE BEDS & Queen Sofa Sleeper All Tile Floors, Ocean Front 1/2 Block East of Pier Park. 9th Floor Corner Unit Large two sided balcony Sleeps 8 Comfortably Ocean Front .

The Master Suite has a KING size bed and is directly overlooking the water. It has balcony access and a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. A beautiful private En-suite bathroom is attached. Equipped with a tile walk in shower with a shower panel tower.

The 2nd master bedroom has a King size bed and a window with Gulf front water view which is very unique. It also has a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. A private bathroom is attached with a tile walk in shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. A bathroom is attached with Jack & Jill access from the hallway and bedroom.

Living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

A TOTAL OF 3 KING SIZE BEDS AND SOFA SLEEPER - WILL ALLOW IT TO COMFORTABLY SLEEP 8

There is travertine tile in all rooms, crown molding in the living/dining and kitchen area and granite kitchen counter tops.The open oversize balcony directly overlooking the water is big enough for your entire family and friends.

GREAT kitchen with granite counter tops, tile back-splash, seating for 4 at the bar and ready for you to prepare a you may just want to walk down the beach or enjoy Calypso's Pool Side Tiki Bar for drinks!

All rooms have cable tv and free Wi-Fi. Come to Calypso and experience the stunning views of the emerald green water, fabulous sunsets, and the comforts of your home away from home

GREAT 1/2 block east of Pier Park on Front Beach Road, the open-air, upscale shopping, dining and entertainment center! We are close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, golf and Frank Brown Park recreational area!

Perfect view of the beach, nice place to stay! The only complaint would be the shower in the master bathroom. One of the shower heads didnā€™t work well and no one could figure out how to turn the temp down on that one. Other than that, no other complaints! We had a great stay!

A few things couldā€™ve been cleaned a little better, but other than that the place was great. We loved having an end unit because that means more windows!!! The master bathroom shower was excellent. Had the best pressure and got hot the fastest. Would definitely stay in this place again.

The view from our condo was excellent. I loved having a corner unit. The condo itself was beautiful and the shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal! I will definitely try and book this specific unit again for next year. The communication with the host was excellent and easy. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The condo was beatiful. This was our first trip to Florida. The condp sits in a perfect spot. We walked to Pier Park daily. Lots of fun things to do there. The tiki bar at the condo closes seasonally, which was sad because it was plenty warm enough to swim in the heated pool. (70) The only complaint about our condo was the beds. They werent the greatest and very squeaky with every toss and turn. Everything else was perfect!

Overall yes things were ok in the unit. Can definitely tell how hard guests are on the furniture and door frames. Found rusty pipe fittings on the hallway floor and floors werenā€™t sweeped. Otherwise it was a great view and a nice unit. I tried contacting the email that I was given in case of needing something and did not hear back. That was unfortunate for me.

Great location, plenty of large beds but mattresses need to be replaced. A few touch ups inside are needed, washing machine knob was missing. Overall a nice place. Walking distance to Pier Park and the parking garage was great with the walk over on floor 3.

Beautiful view of the ocean!! Unit was not clean. The master bath room needs some deep cleaning. The master bedroom quilt needs to be removed and cleaned. May also be time for a new matress. Was not very comfortable. Our over-all experience was great!! Close to all amenities. The sun set was our favorite. Perfect view from the balcony !! We enjoyed watching all the sea life and the beautiful crystal clear water!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room is nice. The showers in the place not so much extremely hot water in one. The other is all you could get was warm water. Parking is hard at this place if you have anything bigger than a car. We stayed 7 days enjoyed are trip overall.

The condo itself was nice and had a beautiful view. The second bedroom lacks any kind of storage for clothes. It needs more like a chest of drawers instead of tv stand. The master shower the one side didnā€™t work and the master bedroom and bedroom with the tub adjacent that family stayed in said that the beds were terrible. The smallest bedroom had a very comfortable bed. It was nice to have three king size beds. The condo was not cleaned well at all before arrival it was messy.

Seabreeze Jazz Festival

The condo was very nice and close to the event @ Pier Park. The only drawbacks were:Master Shower (Left Shower) had no cold water Master Shower (Right Shower) the shower wand was cracked and therefore had low water pressure but it had cold water & hot water. Couldnā€™t find additional trash bags Overall, I would stay there again for sure.
