Gorgeous 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath villa with multiple sliders to a beautiful screened-in lanai with heated swimming pool. The lanai also includes a large dining table, great for eating meals and playing games, many outdoor seating areas with excellent views of the canal in hopes of catching a dolphin or manatee sighting. There is also a big screen TV for those games you can't miss while in the pool. The seating and views from the dock are undeniable! This will be your favorite spot to watch the boats go by, fish, and make memories. While the kids are swimming or watching a late-night movie after boating all day in the gulf, the parents can bike, walk, or drive to the tarpon pointe marina, just a few short blocks away. This is where you will find boutique shopping with wine and champagne served during your shopping experience, several choices of dining including the Nauti Mermaid Dockside Bar & Grill, Pinchers Restaurant known for 2 for 1 drinks all day every day, and a few others you will need to check out during your stay. We have 5 bikes included in the rental making it easy to get to the marina. The well-appointed beautiful white kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for your stay is open to the dining area and family room so that everyone feels included in the fun! There is so much space to spread out in this home with several gathering areas inside and out, including the garage with ping pong table, and bags(cornhole). There are also games in the home to add to the experience. All of this and about a 10-minute boat ride to manatee mile and on your way out to the gulf. We frequent Sanibel island, Pine island, and Captiva islands, great for day picnics or pulling up to one of the seaside restaurants along the way. Ask me about boat rental places near us.
