Welcome to 24 Park Mirage, a paradise vacation home located in a quiet, peaceful exclusive gated City of Rancho Mirage luxury residential community and within close proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment establishments. Beautifully and artfully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features gorgeous desert landscape mountains and expansive green grass park views along with a relaxing 30ft long private pool (optional heating) and spa area. Ideal for snow birds, families, or traveling professionals.

24 Park Mirage includes 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, pool with spa Jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), large backyard BBQ entertainment area with private access gate to the grass park, lemon & orange trees on side yard, and more fabulous fun amenities! Enjoy the quiet comfort of this private, secure, and spacious family home on a traffic-free street. Close to Eisenhower Medical Center, The River restaurant and shopping plaza, and five-minute drive to El Paseo luxury shopping and dining.

Spacious 2,600sq ft home with master bedroom on one side of the house and the three other bedrooms on the other side. Formal dining room, large living room, and entertainment room next to the kitchen. The open kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and includes cookware, microwave, fridge, drip coffee maker, kitchen aid mixer, wine cooler fridge, gas cooktop island, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people. There is also a toaster oven, hot water kettle, blender, juicer, pots & pans, and more. Bar amenities and drinkware are included to enjoy your favorite beverages.

Ideal bedding for up to eight adults. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private exit door to the backyard pool area. The Master also includes an en-suite bathroom with soak tub, glass shower, and double-vanity sink. It also features a work desk with wireless printer guests may use. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed along with en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 (queen) and Bedroom #4 (full bed with fun children’s toys) share the third bathroom in hallway that has a shower/tub combo. There is also double-sized air mattress for guest use if needed. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Two gas burning fire places located in the living room and kitchen/entertainment room area. There is high speed cable internet throughout the home and Smart TVs in each bedroom with Youtube TV programming along with a large Smart TV in living room featuring Youtube TV programming/Netflix/Prime/etc. Two AC units and thermostats to keep the home nice and cool during your stay. There is a washer and dryer as well for guest use. Guests can use garage, park in the drive way, or the community overflow parking lot (No street parking).

Recognized for its elegant ambience and unique luxury lifestyle, Rancho Mirage is known for its exclusive gated communities, beautiful golf courses, and superb tennis facilities. Fine dining abounds and the #1 Bentley and one of the top Rolls Royce automobile dealerships in the U.S. are located in the City. This is a quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. 24 Park Mirage is centrally located to reach:

- The River Shopping, Restaurants, and Movie Theatre (1 mile away)
- Sunnylands Center & Garden (2 miles away)
- El Paseo Luxury Brand Shops and Dining (3.5 miles away)
- Downtown Palm Springs (15 mins away by car)
- Eisenhower Health (less than a mile away)
- The River Shopping, Dining, Movie Theatre (30 mins away by car)
- Indian Wells BNP Tennis (15 mins away by car)

Additional Rules and Info:

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day, or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.


- Small dogs allowed with a non-refundable $100 fee per dog. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on any bedding or furniture.

- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.

- Post stay housekeeping is for four hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $75hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.

We were very pleased with our rental. The property was reflective of the rental information on line. The home was well appointed and very clean. The location was outstanding. We were close to many shopping centers, great restaurants, golf clubs and wonderful hiking trails. The home is in a gated residential area. The homes in this area surround a lovely large lawn which my grandchildren enjoyed. Park Mirage is close to the College of the Desert which has a fun flea market each weekend, the McCullum theater and the Palm Desert Civic Center and Park. It had a great playground, lovely walking paths and an area for tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts We would rent this home again
