3RD FAIRWAY OF THE DINAH SHORE - Book your getaway in the desert

Our 2400 sq foot home is located behind the gates in historic Mission Hills on the 3rd fairway of the Dinah Shore course. Once you walk in you will see a spacious and open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, brand new 40" flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The Master bathroom has dual vanities and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with a queen size bed and a twin bed as well as its own flat screen tv. The third bedroom has 4 full size bunk beds able to accommodate all the kids. The living room has a sectional sofa and a 75 inch flat screen TV. The condo floor plan flows making it a great space to entertain and relax.
The outdoor patio has a gas grill for outdoor grilling, seating to accommodate dining and star gazing or drink you morning coffee while watching the golfers on the 3rd fairway. There is a separate garage located steps from the unit which has a ping pong table and golf cart available to long term renters.
This is the perfect desert oasis to enjoy beautiful evenings under the stars and relax by the pool during the day after a morning of golf or tennis. Come stay here!

Great location for access to the Dinah shore and Arnie palmer courses at mission hills country club. Well updated home can easily fit 2 families in an open floor plan.

Family Holiday

Two adults and three kids 16/12/10. Our first experience with VRBO and we have only great things to say. The owner was very accessible to answer any questions we had. We used the common pool and hot tub. No one else used it during our stay. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and also set up badminton on the grassy area by the patio. A wonderful experience! Thank you very much.

Excellent location and very nice accommodations

Large three bedroom in a great location right on the golf course with Mountain View’s. We have been in this unit for four annual vacations to the Palm Desert area and always have nice time.

Nice property and great location

We stayed in this property last year for six weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our weeks in the Desert. Unit has a great location and is close to the swimming pool and Dinah Shore golf course. The patio is large and faces North so the afternoon sun is not an issue. Unit is adequately equppied, spacious, light and airy. The unit manager responds quickly and is very attentive to our requests.

Very nice property, quiet community. Beautiful virws

Would highly recommend staying at this property. It includes beautiful mountain view, a wonderful community, and a large house on the country club golf course. My only complaint is the security gate information was misleading in regards to getting in after midnight.

Spacious, Light and Airy....and Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were there for over five weeks so we had the opportunity to really get a good feel for everyday living in the condo. The kitchen layout is convenient and very workable. The appliances work well and they are stainless décor which works well with the granite counter tops. The washer and dryer work very well. The living room furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The bathrooms have been remodeled and the faucets and shower heads are nice. The beds are in good condition but are lacking headboards and footboards which would be nice to have to further stabilize the beds. The window coverings work well but there are several that are nearing the end of their life span. The rugs and carpets are in good condition. The unit was well equipped with a vacuum and brooms that were in good working order. The location is very nice and the patio furniture is in good condition and comfortable. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are already looking forward to our stay next year.

Great stay!

We enjoyed a week at the end of March. The house was perfect, the kitchen had everything you could ever need. The house is huge, lots of room for everyone. The beds are wonderful very comfortable , tons of towels, and the pool is just literally steps away. Quiet area beautiful views of the golf course. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

Place was better than expected. Would definitely recommend and intend to use again in the future. Owner and booking agent super easy to work with. Property is centrally located between Palm Springs & Palm Desert. You won't be disappointed.

Relaxing family time and fun spot!

We had a great time hosting family while we were in the desert. The condo had enough room for all of my family as well as hosting a lunch for 20 of my family members on Labor Day weekend. The pool was fantastic and so close to the condo we felt like it was our own private pool. The owners were great to work with and helpful in meeting our needs. We would definitely stay here again and again.
