A lavish style beach-life vacation awaits you in this beautiful home located across the street from the ocean. Home offers two (2) split en-suite masters and an adjoining/attached kids' room (entry thru master). North master en-suite has a king bed and a huge walk-in shower in the master bathroom. It also has a walk in closet. The south master en-suite has a queen bed with an adjoining kids' room with twin trundle beds. Enjoy a jetted tub/shower combo in the master bathroom. The house offers a sitting room/office and a balcony off the living area. USB power ports are on end tables in the living room, sitting room/office and all the bedrooms. Lots of privacy for everyone in this 1,700 sq ft 2nd floor full apartment with private entrance.

Enjoy sunrises from the front balcony and sunsets from the upper back deck which offers tranquil settings and stairs to ground floor patio for cookouts. You will also enjoy full use of the backyard for your various activities, washer/dryer located in the garage. Playground located at beach park.

Floridana Beach is a nice, small and safe community with 3 private beach entrances. Your beach access is 1 short block's walk. The private ocean front park offers a small playground, basket ball court, and BBQs for enjoying your day or evening at the beach. Enjoy walking along the pristine beach, and many nature trails. Close to Sebastian Inlet State Park rated #1 in Florida for best fishing, boating, swimming and surfing with national surfing competitions. Sebastian inlet also has protected salt water lagoon area ideal for children. This South Brevard county beach home is situated near convenience store, gas station, sandwich shop, bait/fishing store and restaurants. Only 7 miles from Sebastian Inlet State Park, I mile to Honest John’s Fish Camp where you can rent a boat or kayak, or bring your own. 50 miles from Kennedy Space Center and 77 miles to Disney World's Magic Kingdom and other Disney parks. Also closes to endless other Orlando attractions, such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, and Wet and Wild, just to mention a few. Come and Enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

This property is wonderfully equipped and is in excellent condition.

Our experience was very good and made more enjoyable by the friendly hospitality of the owners. They provided many extras to accommodate our stay and provided many materials about the area and visitor attractions. It was as nice as staying at our own home.

Amazing spotless property with superb beach access

Everyone in the family really appreciated how clean and organized the house was. It is very conveniently located next to the beach, right next to a subway and close to Publix and restaurants. Sylvia was always in touch looking out for our comfort and peacefulness in the property. Such a kind and resourceful host. We totally enjoyed our time there and will be in our memories for a long time.

Good location for beach access. Hour from cocoa beach. Not recommended for kids under 12.

The property is immaculate and well stocked, accurately described in the review, with generous provision of laundry and dish detergent. Beautiful landscaping. A short walk from a very nice beach. The owner was a little too intrusive, texting us multiple times about our stay involving multiple requests and confirmations about our arrival, not using the VRBO app but our personal cell phones, and questions about why we used the pullout couch for our oldest child which seemed unnecessary. We were also charged a “biohazard “ fee for cleaning new spots on a rug and a mattress which we were surprised about. Bottom line: if you stay here, it will be nice, but be aware the apartment will be examined very carefully after you leave and you will be charged for any previously unnoticed/new damage.

Amazing Property....Great Owners....Excellent taste of Beach Life!

You can not go wrong with this property. When the owners say they try to provide everything you can think of for a beach stay, they truly deliver. Some highlights include an amazing space with two master bedrooms and an outstanding kitchen. All the things you would need for the beach are there (umbrellas, chairs, body boards, towels, etc.) Our kids enjoyed the bonus "kids room" so they could have some privacy when needed. All the kitchen, appliances, electronics are top of the line and state of the art. Another positive is the private beach and private beach access. The beaches of Melbourne are all beautiful though we noticed the public beaches tended to be quite crowded most of the time. However, the rental comes with access to a private beach and there were many times we had the entire beach to ourselves. The most we ever saw was 12-14 people but so much room to just enjoy the beaches and have some alone time to boot. Would highly recommend this property if you want to experience beach life with great host.

Best Vacation Ever!

My family of 6 had an awesome vacation in Melbourne Beach, thanks to Sylvia. Her home is beautifully decorated, clean and everything is new and it's freshly painted. Sylvia's home included everything. Truly a home away from home. We were even greeted with a fruit and cheese platter and a bottle of wine! We arrived late that evening and the local market was closed. So, it was truly a pleasure to be able to wake up to some staples such as coffee, filters, sugar and creamer the next morning. There is also a convenience store across the street where we were able to buy some milk and cereal for the kids. The beach was incredible! Our kids now call it 'our beach'. It is private for the community and it is pristine, easy to walk on too. We had the entire beach to ourselves. The beach, which was across the street, has an access one block up. We also took the kids to Sebastian Inlet where there is an area with no waves. The kids loved it! We look forward to our next visit!

Deluxe Beach Getaway

We spent 5 days at the Snorklin' Turtle and enjoyed every moment of it. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Everything we needed was available and the place was immaculately clean. We had come from another part of FL for a wedding and it was nice to be able to get refreshed by washing our clothes with the modern appliances provided in the garage. The first thing we did was walk down the street to the private beach access where we were soothed by the sound of the waves and the clean sand between our toes. I was again soothed by the sound of the waves while I slept each night. My husband and I enjoyed a very reasonably priced lunch at the New England Eatery & Pub located about 2 miles down the street. One evening we walked about a half mile to have a delicious dinner and drinks at the Sebastian Beach Inn, on their oceanfront deck. One afternoon we chartered a fishing boat (Going Coastal) out of Sebastian Inlet and caught many different kinds of fish. All of the food and activities were very affordable, especially given their beach location! There were so many other things we wanted to do during our stay but we didn't have enough time. Guess we'll just have to come back!

Impeccably maintained vacation home!

Our family just returned from a relaxing week in this lovely home! We were so pleased with the rental choice we made for this summer. The kitchen offers top-line appliances and plenty of work space for preparing meals. The living room is quite comfortable and spacious and features a large flat screen TV. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathrooms are simply awesome! Our youngest son especially enjoyed bubble baths in the jetted tub. The hosts, Sylvia and Fred, have truly thought of everything -- including a notebook filled with important information about the house, local restaurants, and things to do in the area. We also appreciated having a binder with all of appliance manuals, as they were a bit more complicated than the ones we have at home. Probably the highlight of our trip was seeing many sea turtles on the beach. We witnessed a sea turtle nest hatch, saw female sea turtles crawl out of the ocean and choose their nesting sites in the sand, and even rescued a baby sea turtle caught in a crab hole as we walked along the beach one morning. You can easily walk to the beach, or drive and park there using the pass provided by the owners. This was definitely one of the best family vacations we've had together. We would happily return to this lovely home again!

Great week!

We just wanted to relax and it was great to have a place right at the beach with a convenience store right there to get anything we needed. Great restaurants just a short drive away. Great fishing and activities nearby as well. Anything you want to do you can do and you dont have to stay where all the people are. Fantastic property with anything you want in a house. We WILL be back!

Immaculate and High Quality Accommodations

This home is very well kept with high quality throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The two separate bedroom suites with their own bathrooms were great. The location to the ocean was a short walk to a private beach with a basketball court, bathroom and outdoor shower. The owners were very accommodating and personable. Fritz gave us a personal tour and Sylvia was just a text away if we needed anything, It was a quiet location perfect for relaxing and enjoying family on the beach. The turtles were a bonus and were amazing to learn about. The local people loved sharing all about the great things in the area. Many eco tours and educational opportunites nearby that are great for the kids. We would definitely go back.

Clean, comfortable, walk to beach

Owners are very thoughtful to provide for all of the essentials... And then some. Home is comfortable and clean. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Convenience store (gas station) and Pirate Jim's (a great little bait shop) are right next door.

Amazing Vacation

Want somewhere to unwind and relax where you have the beach to yourself? This is the place. Situated between two causeways (nearest being 11 miles away), this place is secluded and is paradise found. The house is nicely appointed and comfortable and fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. Also included are condiments, spices and beach gear. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing property!!
