Cheerful Home near Disney World with Private Pool & Huge alll fenced backyard

Cheerful home is a house located in a residential quiet and safe neighborhood setting. The house has been divided into 2 parts meaning there are other tenants that live on the premises, but do not have access to the main area of the house, or any of the social areas like pool or backyard! Everything you see in the pictures will be just for yourself… THIS IS NOT A SHARED HOUSE!! People keep asking if it is , but it is not… When one arrives at the location you will enter the front door of the house and once inside you will see a door and bathroom to the left, and then another door to the right of you. Please do not enter those spaces as these areas are rented by others not connected to the listing above. The door guest enter has a 2nd keypad which will be provided on check in day. My tenants DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to this area or any of the outdoor amenities described in the listing. They only share the front door entry of the home. If you need further explanation please feel free to contact me.

Everything was great.

On the whole everything was clean. The kids loved the pool. The location is good, you can quickly get to shopping and also to Orlando. We'd love to come back.

The house was clean, we loved the pool. We felt just like we were at our own house. This property ROCKS. AN WE HAD A GREAT HOST. We will definitely visit this property again.

Making Memories

This was a five day Disney experience for our two grandkids. The comfortable accommodations with a pool was an added bonus. The goal was to make great memories and we accomplished it. Thank you again.

Enjoyed our stay

We rented this property for 2 weeks around Christmas and new years holidays. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was really friendly, the check in process was seamless, and the listing was very accurate. The only complaint I had for the entire stay was that the patio chars and recliners were ripped and in need of being replaced, and the pool was a little too cold to use during our stay. Overall a great property to stay in. Sincerely, Eugene Webber

Have people living in the front bedroom is uncomfortable and the only bathroom is inside the master

Stay was ok two things I don't like only bathroom inside the bedroom every body has to go through to use it and people living in the front bedroom we don't feel comfortable with that to be honest

Not alone

I thought the home was beautiful, but you don't find out about the people staying in the front of the home till you check in. It was fine for my wife and I. Would not recommend for more people. Has the only bathroom is in the master bedroom

Great property/ book with confidence

Great place to stay. Great communication with owner and manager. Was skeptical about tenant living in the part of the house as explained. Decided to give it a try anyways...very good decision.. we never even seen or heard the tenant. I honestly couldnt tell you if it's a male or female. Pool was awesome there wasnt a day that my children werent in it. Only wish is that the room with the twin beds had a tv. And thats just nit-picking. Will definitely stay at this property in the future.

30min stay $500 gone

Walked in unpacked 30 mins walked out decided we couldn't stay there three days and we packed up and left you get what u pay for not going much into details because this review would sound more like a book but anyways my loss of $500+ is not that important for my peace of mind and relaxation for three days this was not the experience i wanted for myself and my family I should have listened to my wife and spent the extra money for something else like we always did before since then Theres has been alot of back and forth now with the owner which i had to block and has been trying to tarish my character with lies but i get nothing from writing this review its my personal experience and verbo is no help as they are not even from this county and hard to understand over the phone so i gave up with no help smh but I did learn something important thought out this ordeal I should have taken clearer photos maybe that would have helped us somehow. so fellas listen to your wifes spend that extra cash and get a whole house to yourselfs instead with extra bathrooms bigger pool and much cleaner inside surroundings etc. I know u are going too read this and dispute the facts just remember the words Karma

Very up set

The place is filthy the towels had stains and smelt as if they have never been washed the pool was green The driveway barely had enough room for one car .because they had other people staying in this house that they split into 2 other 1 bedroom apartments/studios that I was not aware of the grill was rusted . The bathroom was beyond Filthy the shower was never washed their soaps come from one end to the other in front of the toilet I'm gonna say there was a Brown substance we can all assume what we think that is. I do plan on taking further steps I reached out to the owner of the house I have pictures and I have her messages not being so friendly I ask we'll friendly I asked her if we could figure this out I did not stay the night except the 1st night because I had nowhere to go I did go over to Daytona Beach and I rented a room for the rest of my stay very unhappy

House was clean. Pool had no heater so too cold to use it. Back yard was littered. One door to pool area needs latch on it as took an hour to coax a bird out. Owner quick to the pool filter issue.

Great place clean, great place to stay.
