Whether used as a private getaway for two or a place to rest at night after doing all the area has to offer, you will love this well-furnished unit.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools, a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

Thank you for the review. I’m glad you enjoyed the quiet setting, the comfort of the condo, and the excellent views of Mt. LeConte and Greenbrier Pinnacle. Regarding the kitchen, we add requested items almost every time a guest asks for something. On short stays, the benefit often goes to the guests who follow, but we still add items regularly, and most guests find the kitchen well‑stocked for normal vacation cooking. The counters are already granite, and while I would love to update the kitchen and bathroom flooring and add tile, those upgrades would cost several thousand dollars. To get a reasonable return on that investment, the nightly rate would need to increase by roughly 20%. It’s worth asking honestly: would you have booked this unit at that higher price? The pictures clearly reflect the current state of the unit. It has many nice features, but it has not undergone a full renovation — and the pricing reflects that. You still received a great place with full use of a home, not just a hotel room. Many guests choose this property based on price and then expect everything to be brand new; we do offer fully renovated units, but the rates for those reflect the upgrades. I appreciate your feedback and am glad the overall stay was quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Literally Best Stay I’ve Ever Had

Our host, Ed, was plenty more than helpful, and accommodated me and my now wife plentiful during our wedding weekend stay! Everything was clean and communicated easily, as Ed was responsive to any questions we had, and even personally congratulated us! Wonderful spot, wonderful views, wonderful host! 11/10 Recommended!

I find it an equal distance to Pigeon Forge and the heart of Gatlinburg. Access to the state park and mountain views are right there.

R &R in the Smokies

We were impressed with the efficiency of the owner and his detail of the property and how to use it to our comfort. It was comfortable for two adults.Everything functioned as expected, access was a breeze and it was clean! We only recommend new couches, they were sufficient for our needs, but are losing their comfortability. Excellent property at at very reasonable fee. Thank you.

Cozy place and amazing view

My kids and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view is absolutely amazing! The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was great after walking in Gatinburg.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, picnic area, hot tub, sauna, views, views, and more views.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
