*Please note that The Enclave will not have an outdoor pool until at least May 1st. Guests will have access to the indoor pool, but please note the outdoor pool will not be available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was bigger than I expected. All three rooms had their own bathroom/shower. The views were fabulous. The down sides were no necessities for cooking-salt/pepper, sugar etc.and no blankets-all comforters were paper thin. We had access to an ironing board they had but no iron-just the box for it in the closet. Overall, service was excellent-they replaced a light for the porch and toaster while we were there without asking for it. I would rent here again, I would just bring some of my own items.

Nice property with tons of room and gave a beautiful view of the beach. All the basics plus some extras were provided. There were no bath mats when getting out of showers to prevent falls and the floors were very slick and not enough towels in bathrooms

Just ok

Overall the condo was nice. It was decorated ok and appeared clean. The kitchen table was sticky. A few things need fixed; the kitchen faucet, the the outside light went out, a remote was missing therefore the master had no tv for three nights, the oven didn’t heat for a long time, the dishes were scattered in the cabinets, and the dishwasher appeared to be falling apart. VACASA told us to check the outside light and to put a new bulb in it. We didn’t have a ladder to do that with. They also told us to try new batteries for the remote that was missing. So overall, I wouldn’t stay there again because several things need upgrading.

Short on towels

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 kids. Having 3 bathrooms helped! We were glad to have king size beds but anytime you moved the mattress other person in the bed knew it! We wished that we would have had enough towels for our entire party., especially since we told the correct number of people staying.

Spring break 25’

My stay here went as expected! The place was pleasing to the eye, clean, and right on the beach! The balcony was great to eat breakfast with a view of the ocean. The stores and restaurants being 5 to10 minutes away was really convenient and the communication with management was very clear and direct. My family and I will be back for sure!

Girls trip

This condo met all our needs for a 3 night girls getaway. We all had our own rooms with spacious bathrooms/closets in each. Location is perfect for shopping, groceries, dining & spirits. The space was clean & very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this unit & hope to stay again soon.

Centrally located across from grocery store and other stores.

Very nice unit. All three bedrooms had their own baths. Nice furniture. Didn't like balcony being closed in on both sides and also having a glass rail instead of the usual bars. Obstructed the view. A few things in the condo didn't work but our stay was short so we didn't complain. The balcony was the biggest issue because we spend alot of our time there enjoying the view of the beach and at night watching the surf come in. If you aren't put off by that then this is a nice place to stay.

Restful

The beds were very comfortable. The decor was classy. The curtains were thick and blocked out the sun when needed. Jacuzzi tub was relaxing. The sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. Being right across the street from Rouses and Walmart was convenient. Loved 806!

Lovely and immaculately clean!

The sitting room furniture was so comfortable. The entire place was so beautifully decorated. Light and peaceful. The 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms absolutely perfectly clean. The 8th floor makes for a spectacular ocean view and you are up high enough that you don't hear all the beach conversations. I hope to stay here again!

Family beach trip

We loved this room had 3 bedroom with 3 KING SIZED beds. It is why we chose this property! We came with family and it gave each group of the family their own space for the week. Highly HIGHLY recommend if traveling with multiple groups!

This was a great location and the property is well taken care of. The pool had an issue but they sent text and emails letting us know and it was fix the next day.

Great layout, location, and access

Our family loved the easy access to beach and pool. The unit itself had a great layout, and we felt like everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Awesome view from the balcony.
