Walk a few steps home from the white sand beach each afternoon to enjoy your very own wet bar, a jetted bathtub, and lovely amenities within the complex that include outdoor and indoor pools, a sundeck, a grilling area, and tennis courts.

What's nearby:
This Gulf-front property is surrounded by restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences in the center of Orange Beach. Adventure Island and Gulf State Park are both one mile west, and Highway 59 - the home of such family-friendly attractions as Waterville USA, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo - is five miles beyond. You can tee off at the Craft Farms Golf Club nine miles northwest, grab a beachfront meal and a few drinks at The Flora-Bama (four miles east), and find all sorts of great shops, restaurants, and sources of entertainment at The Wharf five miles northwest.

Overall nice stay. The dryer was broke from at least the previous stay and no one came to fix it and we notified them the second day of our stay.. and the stench of the trash is over powering.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE STAYING!!

I would like to start off by saying the location is GREAT! Didnā€™t know that it was first come first serve on parking.. so for the first two days we were afraid to leave so go do things as we have a 4 month old 2 year old and 7 year old and didnā€™t want to have to find parking. We were scrambling to get in the condo with all the things and unpack and didnā€™t notice the sign in the hallway that you are to get a parking pass ( this should be included in instructions on the day of check in ) we got a warning. We got up our second day of being there only to find the dryer door doesnā€™t stay closed. They were to send someone out that day but never made it the entire trip. Also the last day of our stay the dryer quit drying! Master toilet stop working and never got that fixed on the third day. Who ever is in charge isnā€™t really responsive. I read reviews that the beds were bad and I am here to say this condo needs a MAJOR FURNITURE UPDATE in a bad way! All the beds are terrible ( you lay down and sink in them ) the couches goodness the couches wasnā€™t worth $5. You sink to the floor when you sit in them. Mold was on the shower and shower curtain in the hallway bath master bath was great and the 2nd bathroom was great to. Kitchen had all the essentials you needed in it to cook. Balcony view was perfect!! Pool indoor and outdoor was amazing!! Very convenient to the beach with just a short walk. I would stay again IF they would update ALL THE FURNITURE & MOLD situation!! Whoever cleans this place just sweeps straightens the bed and changes the trash out! Just didnā€™t think that what we paid was worth what we seen and stayed in with it being outdated.

The space was incredible. I loved having three bathrooms, all generous in size. The kitchen was well equipped with the usual items and the beds were comfy.

Unit was needing a refresh. The plastic cover on the matress made it difficult to get a good night sleep, kept waking up hot. When you sar on the couches you sank in, mold on one of the throw pillows on the couch, dust hanging from the ceiling over the stove. Location was great.

I would like to start by saying that Iā€™ve never left a bad review before but feel like everyone should be aware of the condition of this condo before wasting your money. I actually reached out to the owners while on the trip to make them aware of the issues I am about to reveal and never received a response. While unpacking our clothes, my young children found 2 empty bottles of liquor and a vape under one of their beds. There was mold growing on the bathroom wall, door, and baseboards. There was also blood smeared on a bathroom door as well. All comforters had stains all over them and smelled awful. They definitely were not clean and fresh. The owners do not respond to questions in a timely manner either. One question took 2 days to get a response about the type of coffee maker and we were already in the condo so the response was as useless. Yes the location and view were great but unfortunately, the uncleanliness was a complete turn off along with a lack of response and urgency from the owners.

This is not our first stay at the Enclave, we love the location and the ease of access to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. The Condo met our needs of size but was a little dated. Could use a deep clean around baseboards and light fixtures. Had issue with water in floor of third bedroom but property management was in contact with us throughout our stay. We greatly appreciated their attention to our issue

Enjoyed the condo. Good location. Dryer didnā€™t work and I called multiple times and they never came to repair it. Pool was a little small but the kids loved it. Overall it was a good.

Awesome condo

3 bedrooms with a private bath for each room. Well appointed kitchen, beautiful deck overlooking the beach perfect for morning coffee. The only items missing were a broom to sweep up the sand, and a crockpot. Right across the street from Walmart and other stores. Perfect place for our family vacation!

Parking shortage

Wasnā€™t informed of the parking shortage. Had to find parking somewhere else. The parking they suggested was 1.6 miles away. The pool did not work the first two of our three days there. The dryer did not heat so we could t wash our clothes. The view was good. Parking is horrible.

Bad experience

First of all pool was closed and was not told until there, which was one reason we came due to my daughter is special needs and only likes pool. Second parking was horrible had trouble the hole time. Security person at place didnā€™t no anything couldnā€™t help with anything.

Nice property

Location is great. Condo is extremely nice. They are doing some work with water lines or vents so there were two areas in ceiling that were open but other than seeing a hole they didnā€™t bother us at all. Would definitely book here again in the future!

Close to everything

The overall place was great. I couldnā€™t ask for anything except maybe parking. It was like you were afraid to leave because you might lose your spot and not have one if you came back. The condo was great with all the amenities, except the couch had a bad oder but once you sprayed some air freshener on it, it was fine.
