We had a great week! Got to bring our furry kids, so that was a plus! The house could use some updating, but for the price and the distance to the beach it was completely well worth it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location is great. I slept terribly because the fitted sheet downstairs doesn't stay on and i woke up a lot stuck to plastic. Otherwise great. Stayed last year too.

We didnā€™t get what we paid for. Two of the burners on the stove didnā€™t work. There were Gnats in the unit. The Sheets were too small for the bed cuz they kept coming off. The bedroom downstairs had trash on the floor around the chest of drawers. Glad we brought our own coffee maker and other things. it was Convenient to the beach. The tables were Sticky and the floors were too.

Location - Relaxing - Beautiful!

The Location was perfect! Right on the beach and across the street from a restaurant, ice cream shop and a market. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach was relaxing, beautiful and felt very private. Just a few steps from the house to the beach! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay there again.

Little beach getaway

The house is cute with the perfect location. The bedroom set up worked well for us. The furniture has been updated from what is shown in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some tiles are cracked but overall it was very clean

Great beach stay

My husband and I really enjoyed being able to step out the back door and onto the beach! It was more house than we need for the two of us but we really enjoyed the location. We were able to walk across the street to a restaurant and small grocery and liquor store. We even took a longer walk down to Bahama Bobs and walked the beach back. Iā€™m ready to book it again!

It was great being right on the beach. The only problem we had was there was no tv remote in the master bedroom and it took two days and several phone calls to get one. Otherwise it was a wonderful, relaxing trip.

Perfect Home on The BEACH!

Walk right off the deck into the sand to the water! It was perfect. Sweet Alabama is well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of towels, the AC works great! The deck has two tables with chairs, plenty of seating. Across the street are two restaurants, a store and ice cream parlor! We had a great time with your family. 6 adults and one child (12) stayed comfortably. Gigi & Granddaddy!

Needs Some Work

Location is great and kitchen is well stocked. The home is in need of repairs due to severe water leaks during rain. The carpet was soaked in the master bedroom upstairs and water pooled on the floor next to the sliding door in the living room.

Perfect Spring Break

This was the perfect house. It is spacious enough, we are a family of 6. The house is a little dated but nothing to complain about, everything you need is provided for you. Plenty of towels, and dishes. My only complaint was the bedding. Our sheets were rough from pilling but other than that absolutely no issues. Checking in/out was easy. The house has a store across the street and within a few miles of grocery stores. I highly recommend this house and truly look forward to returning.

We loved the location being right on the beach. As for cleanliness, they can improve. It seems everything was dirty when arrived, food still in house and trash, dirty dishes in cabinets. Everything had to be cleaned basically before we used. The house seemed runned down too so they improve some things in home. Some beds were ok. I guess itā€™s good for just getting bathed and cleaned up from the day.

Loved it! I wish I could live here!

it was great! we loved it! I donā€™t think itā€™s possible to get any closer to the beach than this gorgeous condo. The view is perfect and the beach is great. I was thrilled to have covered parking under the house . We loved it so much we added an additional night. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a convenient store right across the street as well as a liquor store, seafood market, and restaurant. The furniture was nice and looked new and the condo was clean. there was tons of comfortable patio furniture. I was really impressed with how many towels were left for our use as well as nice touches like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish and laundry soap, etc. The televisions all had streaming services and dish. there were only two of us on this trip so it was luxuriously large but it would easily sleep 10. There were a few places in the house that could use a cosmetic maintenance but that didnā€™t bother us at all. planning to stay here on my next trip to Gulf Shores!

Great locationā€¦furnace filter never checked or cleaned!

Location was awesome! Didnā€™t say it was a duplex! After I had already booked for week I read the reviews! The mattress in the loft are severely stained with looked like blood and urine! There were no blankets and only had a thin sheet like spread over each bed! Thank goodness I packed a few! Did have issues with few roaches which they did come and sprayed the day before our last day! Nails were coming up thru carpet on the stairs to loft! I tried hammering them down! Didnā€™t seem to work! The first day had to remove furnace filter which was covered with dust and had been sucked inward so it ran without filter! That bedroomā€™s ceiling fan covered with dustā€¦ probably wouldnā€™t there stay again for what I paid!
