Once you stay at The Oasis, you won't be able to wait until you can come back! It is conveniently in Orange beach, directly on the beach. You'll have a Gulf front pool, indoor pool, kiddie pool, Lazy River & Water Slide! Not to mention the hot tubs, saunas, exercise room, and even a lighted tennis court. There is something for everyone!

Relax in this extremely spacious open floor plan. It has been professionally decorated with upscale furnishings in a light and airy contemporary theme throughout. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and granite countertops. There is a separate wet bar with icemaker. The large primary suite has French doors that open to the Gulf front dining area. The primary bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower and a large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a king bed while the second guest room has two queens. The living room has a sleeper sofa and each bedroom has a private bathroom to maximize convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice

This condo was great for our extended family. Let me point out the amount of bathrooms: four. This was such a plus when everyone was trying to shower after the beach. Loved the floor plan and the views. We loved the washer and dryer option as well. We don’t book vacay homes without one so we loved the convenience of not bringing home all our dirty laundry. 2 issues: elevator and cell service. We had a mix of cell carriers (Verizon and AT&T). Our cells had very poor service on the beach. This isn’t a huge deal and I actually appreciated that our family could disconnect. The WiFi worked well when we got back to condos. As for the elevators- what a mess. On move in day it took us at least a half hour to get our cart on one. People were very rude and cutting the line, not allowing us to squeeze on. Advice - come later after check in time not have to deal with the rush. We are all our tired from driving for hours but it was disheartening to see how selfish people could be. We loved orange beach and the condo if returning we will try to search for a condo that is on a lower level so that taking the stairs might be an option.

Unit needs a deep cleaning

The unit wasn't very clean and there was visible mold in 3 of the bathrooms. The cushions on the couch were filthy with soiled spots. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the size of the condo was large enough to accommodate our larger group. Appreciated having laundry facilities available in the unit. The wait for the elevators was one of the low points of the whole beach experience.

The Oasis didn’t disappoint! 😎

We had another wonderful stay at the newly remodeled Oasis! The pool and lazy river were great for our kids to come off the beach and cool off in! The beachside bar had great food and drinks! We will be back!!

Don’t book unless they do serious updates

Upon arrival, the guest bathroom toilet was leaking for god knows how long. They sent a plumber to reseal the toilet. The shower curtain has mildew built up on it and obviously has not been cleaned. The other bedroom had molded up towels under the mattress that my in laws discovered upon trying to make the mattress more comfortable. The beds need some serious upgrading. The couch in the living room has stains and it has not been cleaned underneath it in a long time. Multiple items including the 3 vacuums were not operable. We received a replacement around 36 hours later. At times, multiple elevators were broken down, leaving 4 working elevators for 32 floors. At one point we waited 30 minutes to get on an elevator. For the amount of money we paid, this was definitely not worth it. The view was great and it’s a large space. If the owners read the sign in book in their place, they’d be appalled by the reviews prior customers have left. Do not book this unit unless upgrades are made.

Great place to stay with small kids

Great place to stay with toddlers. The views were beautiful. Checking in was fast and easy. The oasis cafe had great food and drinks. Easy access to beach. The kitchen , bathroom amd bedrooms were very clean. The only reason i have it 4 stars is because the mattress were very thin and uncomfortable. The sheets were paper thin, and the rug in the living room needs to be replaced, it’s ripping up in certain spots. The bathroom had a bad oder I think it was coming from the washer. Lastly there was a swivel chair in the living that had stains all over it, looked very dirty. Other than that, is was a nice place to stay and convenient!

Great Condo and location

Condo was beautiful and spacious, could use a few more utensil items. Lazy River is the best amenity. The only negative thing is the elevator anytime from 4-6pm. Check in should be at 2 so we are not competing with current tenants coming from the pool and going to dinner. Everything else was great, especially the view, pools and location. Definitely will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed the complex; very clean and well maintained. Lots to do from indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river with a great slide, splash park, bar and grill.

Weekend getaway

Spacious condo on the beach. Pros: 4 full baths, roomy, lots of seating, big table on balcony, perfect for eating breakfast or dinner with a beach view. Ice machine in the room. Some previous reviews mentioned slow elevators, I did not find that to be an issue but did not stay during peak season. Bedding was ok, I slept just fine at night maybe bring an extra blanket. Cons: Some of the outlets didn’t work and some of the tvs in the room didn’t work. Overall great condo, would stay here again!

Orange Beach paradise on 17th floor

The Ice maker was excellent. Condo is big & spacious just like all the Phoenix West locations. Lazy River was fun! Really wished the facility had outdoor hot tubs & heated pools.

Spring Break 2023

Great property, great location! Beautiful beach and nice pools. The only complaint I would have would be with the essential kitchen items that weren’t provided. There were 2 regular sized spoons in the entire condo, all of the other spoons were serving sized. No measuring cups etc. Bedding (bedspreads) were also paper thin and were closer to a shower curtain material, than bedding.

Great place to stay!

The only complaint I would have is the sheets on the bed are too small. But with that being said, it was very clean and the toilet leaked and they came and fixed it really quick.

Beautiful Condo, just needs some updates and better upkeep

The condo was beautiful and the view was great. Overall would stay again if some simple cosmetic issues were fixed. There were some cleanliness issues like mold in the master shower and dirty floors upon arrival. One of the full size bed frames was broken. They came to “fix” the bed frame but all they did was stack books under one end so it almost instantly became uneven again. Could definitely use some updated kitchen items (pans were in rough shape) and bedding/sheets/pillows/blankets. Vacasa was very quick to respond and offer help with whatever they could during the time we were there. Would definitely use the company again

Phoenix West II

We loved the beach! Of course! The house was nice but definitely needs some updated kitchen cookware. When we arrived our beds were not made up and had no linens. We found some in the closet. But the blankets were dirty so we had to do laundry and make up the beds ourselves. I’m ok with that… but not when I paid a pretty generous fee for rental and housekeeping. It was a busy weekend which is no one’s fault. Elevators were slow and busy. Someone stole our umbrellas and our grandkids sand toys. But it was still a fun time! I would like to have someone reach out to me about a partial housekeeping refund or credit.

Great unit, not great building

This unit is very nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen is lacking so bring your own tools and spices if you like to cook. This building is a disaster in check in day. 1-2 hour waits for elevators to unload your stuff. Also really hated having to pay an additional fee for parking and wearing an armband all week. We won’t be back to Phoenix West II, but through no fault of the owners of this unit.
