There are enough seats in the living area for six adults, and a big flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. If cooking is on your vacation agenda, the fully equipped kitchen is capable of meeting all your needs. A pair of stools is at the breakfast bar, and a table with four chairs is nearby. Dining on the balcony is a joy with its table and four chairs. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a flat screen television, private balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink and extended vanity counter and beautifully tiled walk in shower. The unit is also newly renovated.

Things to Know

Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
