With a private, Gulf-facing pool, outdoor shower, BBQ area this complex has all of your needs covered! Not to mention, the spacious interior, private balconies and master jacuzzi tub with separate shower.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You get what you pay for

It was a great price for a summer weekend but the beds were pretty bad and the blankets were subpar (we had to go buy some). Definitely bring anything you need for cooking including pots/pans. The beach access and pool were fantastic!

Shortest walk to the beach ever!

View from the 1st floor is dunes -BUT- most convenient and shortest walk to the beach Iā€™ve ever made. Room was clean, check in/out was a breeze (once I realized that the directions that the key lock box was in the lobby desk drawer, LITERALLY meant in the desk drawer. ) I might have stood at the mailboxes a little longer than I should have trying to figure it out. Zero complaints- hoping to stay here again after the busy summer crowd leaves.

Grandmas first vacation

The location was great room was nice also had some issues that needed to be updated or fixed but didn't affect the stay the only 2 bad things was the Master bedroom is as soon as you walk in which was fine but all the air conditioning was at your front door which made the air over work and the master bedroom so hot and the light in the master bedroom was on a remote and had to be a timer because all during the night the light would come on kinda creepy and funny but aggravating but other then that it was a awesome stay would definitely stay again

Located has bed bugs....

Arrived sunday night. Monday afternoon the exterminator showed up for "routine treatment," but didnt tell us what "routinely" for. Our last night there my sister-in-law found a large, adult bed bug crawling on her headboard. We stayed four nights total, and we're praying we dont carry anything home. It was unfortunate, cause the location, view, and size of the condo were all great!

The proximity to the beach was awesome. The property was well-maintained except we did have to call about the sliding glass door to the patio and no one came to fix it.

Three Days in the Sun

This property met every expectation that we had. The location was excellent! The beds were comfortable, however, bring a blanket from home. The coverlets on the beds are very thin. Will be back with our group of friends!!

Great time

Our stay was very nice. 7 adults in our group and this place never felt crowded. We enjoyed the balconyā€™s view of the beach. Called for a couple minor problems and had a person there to take care of them the next day. We could have used more dishwasher tablets and some hot pads but kitchen had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Great location on the beach.

Good unit, just bring extra blankets for the beds.

Unit is great, save for the lack of comforters in the beds and the poor Wi-Fi speed. Just bring a blanket for each person and spend your time at the beach instead of on your phone in the room, and youā€™ll be fine!

From booking to departure communication was great and place was spacious and loved the ocean front! The pool was the only issue (quite dirty with debris) and we couldnā€™t clean it because the net on the skimmer was gone.

Great location

The only reasonsIā€™m m not giving this condo a 5 is there were no blankets or comforters on any of the beds - just a thin white sheet. I normally bring blankets but didnā€™t have room to pack them. Also, WiFi was not good - very slow and thatā€™s when we were able to get service. The view and location were excellent!
