The white sand beach is your backyard at this three-level home in Orange Beach, a Gulf-front retreat for swimmers, surfers, and beachcombers alike. Enjoy three levels of covered deck space where you can gaze at the Gulf of Mexico, and dine alfresco with your loved ones.

Inside, you'll find a living space with central air conditioning, free WiFi, and TVs in the living room, the den, and all five bedrooms. There's a private washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits each evening and truly spectacular views of the beach and the Gulf throughout the house.

The Nordic Villas subdivision is located in a remote corner of Orange Beach, so you can enjoy the privacy of a house away from the masses. This private community offers a host of shared conveniences on its manicured grounds, including two outdoor pools (each with plenty of room and lounge chairs for sun worshippers), two charcoal grills, a firepit, and two additional large parking lots. Each house features an ample private parking area and its own boardwalk leading to the beach.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
