It's the ultimate relaxation spot and it's been furnished with a comfortable and convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The living room has comfortable furniture with splendid views and a TV with cable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials the chef of the group needs to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks during your stay. You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were amazing. The view from the parking deck was even gorgeous. The condo was easy to get to and close to everything that I needed.

Great stay

This home was very convenient. First floor, balcony was amazing to sit and watch the waves. Beach access close, we didnt have to leave if we didnt want to! Will stay again.

Everything was great except the mattress. Would be 5 stars, but we couldn't sleep. Better off on the sectional. Please replace the mattress. It's broken and unbearable.

Great Vacation

The location is right on the beach and it was very easy to access the beach. The room is very spacious and comfortable with great views of the gulf. The AC works well and the water in the shower was nice and strong. The location is close to several restaurants and shops, probably not walking distance, but a short drive.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was extremely clean and well taken care of. The only problem we had was that the sectional sofa was extremely worn out. So, the sleeper part was unsleepable. It's a good thing that my two teen boys were OK with sleeping on each end of the sectional. So, it's very hard for this to actually accommodate six people. It can accommodate four people very very comfortably. It's in the perfect location. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Amazing

This was my kids and I first time to see the ocean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Listening to the waves. The condo was amazing it was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the showers water pressure. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Can wait till we come back. Also if you watch sunrises you may catch dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony.

Family vacation

Check in process is super easy but overall if your looking for a somewhat cheap stay then this is the place… beds are messed up in both rooms, good luck being able to see in the showers not to mention the curtains like to stick to you.. don't forget to bring your own scissors because they’re non existent here.The floors are dirty and lost a pack of socks due to not wanting to walk barefoot in the condo

Family vac

Disappointed that the washing machine did not work and we had to go to the laundromat, which was not convenient. When I contacted the vacasa they mentioned a refund for not having it, but I have not heard anything back about that.

My stay overall was great because of the balcony. I was disappointed with the unit itself. The ice maker didn’t work, I had an issue with the toilet and tub that was reported on Sunday and no one came out until Wednesday and the balcony appears to have mold. I loved the location of this condo it was close to everything and the view was amazing. I would not stay in this unit in the future and would use a different rental company than Vacasa because there is no one local to speak with. We rented a two bedroom two bath and could not use one of the bathrooms for 5 days. I had to threaten to call my credit card company to get a response.

THIS REVIEW WAS MEANT FOR YOU, NOT FOR YOUR ADVERTISEMENT. The overall stay was fine but there were issues. We were able to adapt since it was just the two of us. There was only 1 bed covering to keep us warm at night and it was a queen size for a king size bed. The other bed covering beside the sheet was like a table cloth. The bed mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. On the beach side, I felt like I was sliding off onto the floor. On the other side my wife felt like she was sleeping on wooden slats. It was very hard. The advertisement showed 2 tables on the balcony but only 1 tall table with 4 chairs was actually there. Despite reviews that said the ice machine didn’t work, it worked great for us.

Would not rent from Vacasa Again

Could not get help or response on check in day. Condo full of pot smell on entry. Fire extinguisher would not stop even with new battery. Ice maker broken. Hole in tub. Hole in painting. Door lock mechanism to condo horrible to figure out. 2nd day fire alarm reconnected. Still went off throughout week due to wind or smell from neighbors. Left day early. A one day refund for first 24 hours and pot smell would have been the right business decision. No compensation offered. We have rented in this building for years. Never had the experience Vacasa created.

Very disappointed!!

I received a text from you at 12:45 on checkin day telling me our condo was ready and we could check in early! When we got there we could not get in! We sent you a text and a copy of the text you had sent but then you said we couldn’t check in until 4! So there we are with suitcases all over the hall and it’s about a 100 degrees but we waited until four! Then our code that you sent didn’t even work! You finally sent a maintenance man and he got us in and gave us his code! He said the code you sent us was not even a good code. Then the code you gave us to get to the beach didn’t work! We were not happy!!!

When we first got there we were supposed to be able to get in at 4 o’clock the code would not work it took an extra 30 minutes we were sitting in the hallway I’m waiting until I could get a hold of someone. The elevators went down two of the seven days we stay there. Never found the parking spot no one ever told me where they were located the reserved ones. First floor is actually the fourth floor. There’s no remote in the dining room to change the TV so had to take the one out of the bedroom. The pool is very inconvenient being off to the side of the building. I came to the condo thinking I was on the first floor the elevators were always broken and my family of five was having to walk up four flights of steps just to get to the room. Definitely was not worth the money and do not recommend it

Our Happy Place!

This was our 2nd stay at Crystal Shores West. Very relaxing at home atmosphere.. Very clean. Will definitely stay here in the future! Thank you Vacasa for your help with the details!! My two sons and myself thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home!
