Lovely Bethany Beach vacation home located oceanside just a short distance to the ocean and downtown Bethany Beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 screened porches, large deck and outside shower.

Things to know
* If owner provides optional Bethany Beach parking permit, a $50 cash or check deposit is required a checkin.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice week at this beach house

Our family (2 adults, 2 age 20, 2 age 16) had a lovely week here. Being only a two block walk to the beach was great, although the house is one lot off Route 1 so there is considerable traffic noise. Bethany Beach is perfect if you want the fun of a boardwalk but not the hassle of OCMD. Plenty to do, very clean. The house has everything you need - including beach chairs so don’t bring your own! Beach toys, 2 wagons for transporting things to the beach, as well. The smallest bedroom with twin beds is VERY small and my kids said it was very hot in there; fans are provided though which helped. A few of the lights didn’t work and the kitchen is really dark, but otherwise the house is great. One last thing of note — if there is a heavy rain, the street floods. Like a lot. Like a car across from us floated. Just be sure your stuff is on the deck not the driveway! Overall, it was a great week in a very nice house and a good location.

Great House, Great Location

We were a party of six-three adults and three teenagers. The home is located on a tree-lined street, and when looking out of the windows, one may think they are in the mountains. That’s the beauty of this location: because two blocks away is the beach in one direction and two blocks is the center of town in the other. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms are all on one floor which was a pleasure. The stairs up to the home are well lit for safety at night. We arrived to more than enough towels, the home was clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you can think of-though not any cabinet space for food, we made do with keeping our snacks, etc on the counters. Dishwasher and garbage disposal too :). Lots of books on the shelf-great ones to choose from. There is an outdoor patio. We loved the enclosed porch. On the one day it rained, we played games and read books. There is a second enclosed porch off two of the bedrooms which is also lovely and has a ceiling fan. So peaceful! Something to think about-the bedroom with two single beds is tiny. My two daughters slept in there and were fine. If you were renting with a group, would not put two people in there who are not okay being in very close quarters. Beach chairs were available. Outdoor shower and hose to wash off before going inside. We loved this vacation and would definitely consider renting this property again.
