On the first level, an open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for game nights, TV marathons, or simply unwinding with loved ones. The large dining table, combined with ample counter seating, ensures there's room for everyone at mealtime. The brand-new, fully equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group with its modern appliances and generous prep space.

The primary bedroom (King) boasts a private en-suite bath and spectacular Gulf views—imagine waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning!
