You can arrive and be completely independent with self check-in, or we are happy to meet you, tour you and give you your keys. Just let us know your preference. You will have the entire property all to youself and will enjoy all the pricy and property amenities.
Our large groups enjoy full access to the property, including the infinity pool, yoga/multipurpose room, numerous dining areas, a self-service bar, a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, and an outdoor shower and bathroom. Whether you’re lounging poolside, sharing a meal with friends, or stargazing from your balcony, this retreat is designed for relaxation and connection.
Located in a secure, fully fenced, and gated property, Pure Baja is less than a mile from Cerritos Beach, a world-renowned surf and family-friendly destination. Just five miles away, the vibrant town of Todos Santos offers incredible dining, boutique shopping, and an artistic local culture.
Within walking distance, you’ll find sushi, tacos, pizza, and two well-stocked convenience stores. Free street parking is available, and while taxis are limited, they can be arranged with advance notice. Buses run to Todos Santos, Los Cabos, and La Paz, but for flexibility, renting a car at the airport is recommended.

Your host has a house nearby and is happy to help you with anything you need. You have complete privacy during your stay.

Safe rural location near police department. Pescadero Surf Camp is dirctly across the street. Gated property, locked at night.

Free Street Parking. There is an excellent Sushi restaurant, tacos, and pizza within walking distance along with 2 stores that carry just about everything. Cerritos Beach is less than a mile away. Taxis are scarce but available with a bit of advanced notice. There are also buses to and from Todos Santos, Los Cabos, and Lap Paz. If you want to get around independently we recommend getting a car at the airport.

CLEANLINESS
• In general, we ask you to respect the space as if it were your own and leave it as you found it.
• Please pick up after yourself in all the shared areas of the property. Each suite has a bin of cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay. Cleaning supplies are also located in the kitchen. Brooms are located throughout.
• When using the shared outdoor kitchen please leave it as you found it. This means wiping down tables and counters and washing your dishes and putting them away.
• Please place all garbage in the trash bins located around the property. When full, place them out front in the large trash bins. Extra trash bags are located in the kitchen and in each suite.
• No smoking in the rooms. If you smoke outdoors use the ash trays located in the kitchen. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
• Please clean up after any furry friends you have brought with you.
• Please use the pool shower to clean sand from your feet before entering the pool.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Mexican plumbing and septic systems do not support toilet paper or feminine products. Please dispose of all paper in the trash. If you do not, you will experience clogging issues in your suite and potentially cause septic overfill and odor.
• Mexican water and electricity can be challenging. Water pressure can be less than ideal and at times, the city will run out of water for short periods. Circuit overloads can cause blackouts. If this happens, we ask for your patience.
• There is a bonfire pit on the property and it is great fun at night. If you would like to use it you can gather wood nearby in the desert or driftwood from the beach. You can also purchase firewood at Agricole market.
• We welcome events for you and your group as long as we are informed and you leave the property as you found it. If you are planning an event with guests not staying overnight at the property, we have detailed rules and fee structures for events. Should you hold an event without notifying us you will be charged accordingly.
• Please be sure to turn off air conditioning when you leave and always leave the door closed when the air is on.
• It is fine to move chairs during your stay but please return them to their original home prior to check out.
• Noise: Quiet hours are after 11 PM. Mexico has a lot of dogs roaming free and occasionally they may bark at night. People here are very tolerant of one another and loud music nearby is rare but can happen. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend you consider downloading a white noise app should that occur. Each suite is equipped with an overhead fan and a portable fan. Additionally, there aren’t ordinances for vehicles and it is not uncommon to hear a loud semi go by or the noise of vehicles echoing through the valley that can be heard over the serene sound of our beautiful fountain feature and infinity pool waterfall. We ask for your patience and understanding. It’s all part of the amazing vibe here.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
• All suites have been deeply cleaned following Covid recommendations.
• You are responsible your safety and the safety of your children at all time. Be sure to take extra precaution around the pool.
• Absolutely no walking on the infinity edge of the pool. This is very dangerous.
• We spray monthly to control bugs; however, this is Mexico and you might occasionally see insects, geckos or a small scorpion. Turn off porch/balcony lights overnight to prevent insect swarms. Occasionally during the summer months, depending on weather, the flies can be a nuisance, if it is a problem let us know and we will take mitigation measures.
• This is a very safe neighborhood however just to be on the safe side, we do recommend locking the gate at night. Each set of room keys has a gate key for your convenience. Should you lose the keys you will be charged $25 USD per set.
