Casa mALIbu view of ocean, pool , hot tub, one acre lot,3 minute walk to beach

One of the best features of Casa Malibu is that you dont have to drive to the only swimmable beach as you would if you were in Pescadero or Todos Santos. The mile long washboard dusty road from the hiway and then the challenge of finding a parking spot is so nice to avoid. From Casa Malibu you can walk barefoot with boogie board or surfboard under arm.It is 100 steps to the beach and .5 mile to the beach with all the restaurants and people. I reccomend looking up Cerritos beach inn and that will give you an idea because Iam a stones throw from there.Another nice feature is at night this house feels like a Hollywood hills house but overlooking the lights of Cerritos. The deck with its lit pool and hot tub are fabulous for entertaining, watching the sunset over the ocean or the whales during the day. The lot is large and spacious. 1 acre of agave and cactus.On one side of the house is a massive Maracuya fruit vine.The star gazing from the observation deck is amazing. The outdoor hanging beds are blissful . The property is very serene with the sound of the waves very present.The courtyard with its argentine grill and cactus garden makes for another fun hang out space. The ocean views are from every room. We have boogie boards,skim boards and surfboards galore. There are four bedrooms, two with kings, one with a king and a set of bunks and one huge room upstairs with four twin beds.If you have more than 12 people , the outdoor hanging beds which are fulls , can be a place to sleep. Also, the living room couch can sleep two flexible people .There are 4 bathrooms.one upstairs with the new room.one bathroom is across the hall from one of the bedrooms which makes it convenient for anyone to use incase of a party.The other rooms have their own bathrooms.The pool heats to 80 with our solar system.No the house is not air-conditioned. Very breezy house. Its really not needed unless you are there in the off season months.We have exceptional wi-fi.There is a horseback riding outfit right across the street from us!
