Built alongside two mystical aqueduct walls in the heart of Baja Sur, Acueducto is a luxury villa unlike anything else in Mexico.

This is not your typical vacation rental. It is a purpose-built sanctuary where off-grid living, architectural intention, and raw Baja beauty come together for families, groups, and retreats who want more than a place to sleep.

Fully solar-powered and off-grid, the villa sleeps 14 guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each based in one of the five natural elements. Luxury bedding and furniture by THUMA throughout. A private oasis pool, chef's kitchen, and sweeping ocean views from the rooftop terraces complete an experience that is equal parts dusty adventure and simple luxury.

Just a 2-minute drive — or 10-minute walk — from Cerritos Beach, the best surf and swim beach on Baja's Pacific coast. 15 minutes driving to Todos Santos, un Pueblo
Mágico. 45 minutes to Cabo San Lucas. 1 hour to Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). 75 minutes to La Paz.

I intend to plan another retreat here later this year because this place is AMAZING!!! Baja is a special place, and this house brings out all the elements of Baja - the water, the open space, the mountain view, and the insane sunset views. I was nervous about hosting my retreat, but Lane helped me months out AND during and that is a game changer for me to have a caring host/point of contact. You will make long lasting memories here. (and I miss the beds)!

Awesome experience

Our first time in this area and it was a pleasure to stay in this home. Great location, a home that was built with incredible detail and intention. There is something for everyone. We’ll be back for sure. Lane was super communicative and made sure we felt at home.

Architectural masterpiece

This home is simply an architectural masterpiece. The attention to detail in every square meter of the property encouraged interaction with our family and nature surrounding us. The bedding, material pallets, bathroom, products, and dishware was all on point!I can’t say enough good things about the property and Lane the property manager. We will definitely be back again with our family!

Magical Stay in Baja Mexico - Perfect Retreat!

Our stay at this VRBO house Los Cerritos was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spacious beauty. The highlight of the house, without a doubt, was the incredible pool—amazing for both day and night swims.The beds and linens were top-notch, offering some of the best sleep we've had on vacation. The kitchen. Well very well equipped for meals at home. Everything about the house was carefully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere.We’ll definitely be coming back to this hidden gem in Baja. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Acueducto Baja two weeks ago was nothing short of magical. We stayed six nights, and it was a true sanctuary. Very restorative. It's more than a house, it connects you to the essence of Baja.The place itself is just incredible – a perfect mix of nature and comfort. We spent a lot of time just hanging out in the peaceful courtyard and “The Nest”. Beyond amazing for stargazing or just taking in the insane views. Even with all the comfy stuff, you feel totally at one with nature. Every little detail just makes you feel relaxed and good.Being so close to Cerritos Beach was amazing. A quick drive, and we were sitting under an umbrella while the kids surfed. Drinks and food were available at multiple nearby vendors. And a huge shout-out to Lane, the owner! He was absolutely wonderful and just made our stay even better, making us feel right at home.We left Acueducto Baja feeling totally renewed. If you're looking for a spot to really relax, reconnect, and experience the soul of Baja, this is absolutely the place.

We had the most amazing stay. The house is absolutely stunning, we couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the beds were and how incredible the sheets felt! The design of the home is truly exquisite, and every detail made it feel so special and thoughtfully curated.The pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 10. We spent so much time enjoying it together, and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the property. We also loved being within walking distance of the beach and having such delicious local Mexican restaurants nearby—it made the location absolutely perfect.The in-home experiences you helped arrange were also incredible. Our sound bath session was such a unique and relaxing experience, and the private chef dinner was truly one of the highlights of the trip. Both added so much to our stay and made the entire experience feel extra special.We loved every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again for helping make our trip so memorable!

Cerritos Beach is such an incredible stretch of sand AND swimmable. Oh... plus it has great waves and is a surfer's paradise. The community of Pescadero has a youthful and authentic feel, while nearby Todos Santos is not to be missed. It is a Pueblo Magico and is full of colonial history, great art, amazing food, and local charm.
