The location was perfect, we love Sunny Isles. The beach chair & umbrella service was wonderful. The views from the suite amazing! The kitchen had lots of space with basic tools. The entire unit was clean and as advertised. Limited TP and only hand soap in the bathrooms. Limited dishwashing pods. There is a Dollar store and CVS right across the street. The fitness centre was very well equipped with a view of the beach. The residents and staff were very friendly and helpful. There are extra charges to be aware of. 100 for a tenant evaluation, even our 10 stay was considered a short term lease. 25/person for digital IDs to get into the building and operate the elevator. 10 to register a carIrina was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the beach in this area, and also the neighborhood. Many great restuarants and markets within walking distance. The apartment was cozy, clean - just as described. We felt right at home because everything you needed was there. Thanks for letting us stay here and hope to be back soon.

The unit was spacious, nicely decorated and the ocean views from all three balconies was marvelous. Pool, hot tub, and beach chairs were very clean. Pier bar and restaurant and neighboring bldg tiki bar and food all fabulous. The only downside was the beach was very “squishy” so long walks on the beach was more of a workout than desirable.

Amazing time in Sunny Isles!

Thank you to Irina for being incredibly responsive. We had a great two weeks’ stay. The apartment is very clean, spacious, has incredible ocean views and three terraces. La Perla’s guest registration process is onerous and costs an extra fee, but this will be true for all apartments in the building.

The best!

We had a wonderful time in this large, spacious, and clean apartment. This is like home away from home for me. The view is amazing from this unit, a magnificent view of the Ocean. The full kitchen was great, as well as the bathroom & the beds were very comfortable. The free valet service had great customer service and the car ready right away. I love that there is a supermarket and CVS right across the street, restaurants, quite convenient. Irina is so easy to deal with and offers great customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, can’t wait to go back.

Superb apartment amazing views

Our week long stay at this condo was phenomenal! Bright spacious and airy apartment with superb views over the ocean. Our family enjoyed all the amenities this place has to offer. Quiet building, very secure. Irina is extremely nice and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Exactly as described and everything supplied. In the sun from sunrise to sunset, 3 balconies and the beach ten yards from the building entrance. Shops, restaurants and mall either a short walk or short drive nearby. Don't need a car unless you plan to do some sightseeing. Close to shops and restaurants. Love this place and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Experience!

My husband and our two teens (16 & 17) stayed at this condo for 10 days. We had a wonderful time. There was a lot of communication with the owner, Irina. She was very clear with her instructions regarding the property, and she ALWAYS responded promptly when we reached out to her with questions. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It is actually even better than the photos. The views from all the balconies are stunning. It had everything my family needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, walkable to restaurants and supermarkets and a short drive to malls, restaurants, etc. The staff of the building is also very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay at this condo again. I highly recommend it.

Lovely experience

We had a wonderful relaxing 3 week stay at La Perla! Highly recommend! Irina is a perfect host and answers questions immediately and in a most friendly manner;). This property has an amazing ocean view that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. The kids (both 10) really liked having the den to themselves and it has a pocket door for privacy. The front desk and general staff were some of the friendliest people ever! The condo is well-stocked, we enjoyed making pina coladas for the beach. Also, the beach attendants were super friendly and helpful in setting up the chairs and umbrellas for the day. We always tipped them a couple bucks as well. I must say the air conditioner works great too, which is a must for my husband! The pool is a perfect temperature- not too hot and not too cold. All in all, we had a great time, and if we ever decide to come back to this area again, we would look forward to staying at Irina’s condo again!

Destination beautiful

We had the pleasure of staying at Irina's lovely condo at La Perla for 10 days the end of March. The location is perfect: directly on the beach with beautiful views from the 32nd floor. The options of beach and pool were great and the beach service (umbrellas and chairs) made things super easy. La Perla is next to Sunny Isles pier which offers the option of watching the fisherman, fishing (which we did with our boys) or grabbing a casual meal and cocktail at the restaurant at the base of the pier. We also rented jet skis, just a short walk from the private beach of La Perla, and had a great time. The water was beautiful - calm, warm, clear and turquoise.The ease of having a CVS, and a Publix grocery store made our stay very convenient. The condo itself was exactly as pictured. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a great place to call home during our visit to Miami. The staff at La Perla was a pleasure to interact with and the owner, Irina, was always available to ensure our stay was effortless. Thank you for a great vacation:)

From initial booking to the check out the entire experience Irina and the property was great. Irina is very responsive and pleasant. Building has all the top amenities. The well equipped and spacious condo, as advertised, has excellent views, both from within the unit and from its three balconies. Also, services (groceries, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.) are within walking distance. As an added bonus, access to the almost 800 foot long Newport Fishing Pier was free, with the ID card issued by the condo. You will love!!

The ocean view from the condo was spectacular. Bring binoculars. I saw sharks, manatee, schools of fish, stingrays.....plenty to see!! Irina made things so easy, she is very helpful if anything is needed but really, you won’t need anything. The place is great. There’s a restaurant attached and beach bar. The beach chairs are great and all the staff is so polite and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

This is our 2nd stay in this place! The apartment is beautiful, bright, and airy. Felt like we were in a our second home! The apartment was very clean and neat. Comfortable, separated bedrooms with closets and balconies, large living room. All windows with unbelievable, absolutely stunning Ocean view. You can see the sunrise and sunset ! There is nothing like waking up to the sound and view of the bright blue ocean. The building itself is also impeccable, clean, spacious, smells great, 2 TVs, connection to the Internet. The pool area is large and luxurious, with beds, as well as tables and private cabanas. Perfect place for couples, singles, or families with kids. Great location on the beach with a restaurant/bar located on the pier steps away.

Very nice building and all of the employees there were very nice and accomodating. It is right on teh beach and all 3 balconies have a view of the ocean. Great restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, etc. all in walking distance. I highly recommend the apartment.

Amazing apartment and location !

We rented this apartment for a family vacation in August, 2018. The building is centrally located in the Sunny Isles - easy access to shopping and highways. The apartment features high-end finishes throughout, including marble floors, with top-of-the-line appliances, perfect layout - 3 totally separated bedrooms with a private bathrooms and balconies. There are large closets throughout, central air, as well as a washer/dryer combo. Very bright, modern, nicely furnished and well kept apartment. La Perla is a full-service condominium complete with a 24-hour doorman, children's play room, gym with an incredible ocean view, billiard table, library room, party room, open pool, jacuzzi, and topping it all off, a complimentary beach service providing tenants with lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the best of the gorgeous Sunny Isles beach comfortably and in style. Greate Time - Very good Location

We stayed in Irinas apartment for 10 nights and had a really great time. It's comfortable and has enough space. The towl and beach service is also a fortune. The area around is well situated, clean and safe. If you want to make party you have to go to south miami beach. For us Sunny Island was perfect. The overall condition of the flat is okay. Be careful with the valet service. They damaged my car and didn't inform us. It was my luck that I recognized it as they brought the car. Irina was very helpful and provided all necessary information before the trip.

A Wonderful Family Vacation in Sunny Isles Beach

My husband and I stayed in this apartment with two other family members from March 17 to March 29, 2018. We had a wonderful time. This apartment was very comfortable. The layout was perfect, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The best part of our stay, of course, was the spectacular view from the balconies. We loved the valet parking and the beach services. The staff members at La Perla were very helpful, and the facilities were very secure. Irina, who owns this apartment, was easy to work with. She answered my questions immediately when I contacted her. The location of this property is close to the grocery store and wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. Best Getaway!!!

It is no exaggeration saying this place is the best. The property is wonderful - exactly as described! Has everything you need. Beautiful views and peaceful. Close to everything even without a car- several restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as stores. The staff is top notch, very friendly and always available. Irina are fantastic to work with and made sure we were very comfortable! If you are looking to stay in Miami then there is no need to look any further because you have already stumbled upon the best. We will most certainly be back!

This place has everything one could possibly wish for.

This is our third time renting a condo at La Perla in Sunny Isles Beach, with different owners. This condo was the best experience to date. The condo itself was beautiful, with direct views of the ocean from every room. There is beach and towel service, included. The owner was completely reliable and always available by telephone. The building itself has excellent service and security. It is right on the beach, with a casual beachfront restaurant just steps away.

EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE DISTANCE. THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACES EVERYWHERE. THERE IS ALSO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
