House was clean and spacious as described and pictured. Pool offered great relief from the hot temperatures. We enjoyed the beach directly across the street. The house is right on the street so you do hear some traffic noise but we were not disturbed by it.

Wonderful Family House

This property was everything you see in the pictures and more... we had an amazing trip and honestly spent most of our time at the house because it was so comfortable and had all that we needed!

Exceptional stay

We had an exceptional stay at the Huellas property! The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen came fully equipped and had everything needed to make cooking a breeze. The outdoor space was a wonderful addition that featured a grill, plenty of seating, and a lovely pool (which my kids enjoyed the whole stay). The location of the property was wonderful as it is right across from the beach and had plenty of restaurants nearby. The host Hector was extraordinary as he clearly takes pride in providing an excellent experience to his guests! He was responsive and made our stay that more pleasurable. I highly recommend this property as I will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This is a very beautiful home with a relaxing and welcoming feel. All we needed was groceries. Everything else was provided. The property manager, Hector, treated us like family during our stay. He helped us locate places for the experiences we wanted and checked on us periodically. We loved that the house was away from the city because we were able to see some beautiful views as we drove in and out each day.

Everything was perfect!

Just spent a week here. The whole family loved the house and the town. The locals are very nice, the nearby beaches are amazing, and Hector is just the best. Looking forward to coming back!

Love this house❤️

I’m a multiple time repeat guest at this property which tells you how great it is. This place is spotless awesome and feels like home. We love it! It’s great to stay at a property that is ALWAYS consistent with the upkeep, cleanliness and care. The owners and manager are always consistent with their kindness and professionalism as well. I will continue to rent this beautiful home when I visit PR❤️Thank you!

The space of this home is even better as pictured. We were initially worried about how small the pool looked but it was absolutely perfect for our family. We traveled with seven adults (including teens) and three children and the space was more than enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would say that everything is a bit of a drive (1.5 hrs to San Juan, etc) but we really didn’t mind due to the beauty of the home. We felt safe and peaceful. The little shops and stands up the street (5 min drive) were perfect and delicious. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate on pulling the trigger. We overbought on groceries and the property manager allowed us to leave it as a donation which made us feel so much better, as typically hosts do request that you trash excess food. 10/10!

Amazing time at Huellas!

I cannot tell you enough about how much we loved this house, how much we enjoyed our stay and how amazing Hector, the property manager, was. I hadn’t left and I already wanted to return. The home is just as described, had every possible detail included, so thoughtful and cozy!! I love Patillas, such a great surfing town and the home is walking distance from Inches. I celebrated my birthday with family at Huellas and it was absolutely a dream come true. Thankful and blessed, highly recommended!!!

Beautiful house! Perfect for a family!

The house and property are beautiful! The pool and back patio were great spaces for enjoying family time. The only downside was the loud traffic and abandoned buildings across the street. The neighbors were friendly. We would definitely go back!

Hector was phenomenal. He was 1000% available. The home was beautiful and listed accurately. We loved our vacation. We enjoyed the comforts of home away from home. This vacation was amazing. Thanks so much. Well be back for sure!!

This is my 3rd time renting here which in itself tells you that its nothing short of amazing!

As mentioned, this is the third time we’ve rented this property and every time we come to Puerto Rico we will continue to rent this property. The owners are amazing and Hector the manager is super helpful and always available if you need him. My family lives in the area so we are considered locals, so we appreciate having such an amazing property available to us so close to home! The house is spotless and everything you need is there readily available. Its an incredibly nice secure property at a prime location. The views are amazing, and the house has everything you need, including plenty of parking, space, and a generator! You will not regret renting this property! Thank you Angel & Irma! Thank you Hector! We cannot wait to come back!

Muy Buena estadia

La propiedad tiene de todo, Hector es tremendo Host. La piscina es suficientemente grande para que la disfrutara mi hija de 9 años y mi ahijada de 7años, facil pueden estar de 4 a 5 niños en la piscina. Todo muy limpio y bien acomodado. El unico handicap que tiene esta propiedad es que queda al lado de la calle y se escuchan los carros al pasar por la carretera 3. _Fuera de eso todo Excelente

Great Family Escape!!!

Where to begin…we didn’t have the privilege of meeting the infamous Hector, for he was enjoying a family getaway of his own. We were, however; lucky to be in great hands with his assistant Irene. She was attentive and very nice…our family was treated like family!! We have already claimed this location as the “go to” for ALL future trips to PR. Loved everything about our stay! Thank you for helping to make our visit memorable!!

This beautiful house is the best decision you’ll make!

This is my second time at this property this year, Which tells you what a great experience the first time was. This time was no different. The pictures don’t do this house justice it is so beautiful and clean upon arrival you will love it. Irma is very attentive and takes great care of this home and it shows! She even listens and follows up on suggestions! I am short and suggested a stepping stool 4 months ago and upon my return it was there! I initially had booked another house rental on Vrbo which turned into a nightmare. Vrbo took care of the issue immediately. I only booked the other home because it was closer to my Family. Since my standard was this home when I saw the other house I right away decided to cancel because it was not well taken care of dirty and unsafe. I contacted Hector the property manager who was awesome the last time we came and he answered right away and got the house ready for me the same night. What was a terrible experience with the previous house was completely changed by Irmas home and her manager Hector. My daughter was so relieved because she did not feel comfortable at that other home. We had a power outage several times which was no issue because of the industrial generator this house is provided with. The lights went out for a couple minutes and the generator kicked in and all was in working order. We had a minor bug issue in which I contacted Hector and he came over right away and handled the situation and the bugs were gone quickly. This was due to some inclement weather in the area. Both Irma and her manager Hector are amazing. This will be my house rental of choice every time I come home to my island.! Thank you Huellas! See you soon!
