Make the trip to the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater Park, Sedona or Williams. There's no shortage of things to do. This cabin is recently remodeled with comfort and style. Fireplace with heatilator and individual heat in each room. Granite counters in the well appointed kitchen and all new furnishings. Fenced in back yard. Large open concept Living/Dining/ Kitchen area with a large sectional, chair and big screen Smart TV. Netflix, Hulu, ext. 🔸🔸no cable 🔸🔸 Fireplace with heatilator and individual heat in each room. Large bedrooms upstairs with King size beds! Two bedrooms downstairs each with Queen sized beds. There is a 3/4 bath on each level as well. Laundry is just off the kitchen and lower level bedrooms. No steps to get inside the home. Side patio/deck covered for those rainy days. Paver patio out Front - both with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the cool breezes in the pines. Fenced in back yard. This is a family friendly home, and is NOT intended for Party groups. Be Respectful of the Community and Neighbors. We have many Full-time residents living on our street and in this community. Any violations of the maximum capacity of 8 people will be grounds for termination of your stay. A personalized Entry code will be given to each guest prior to arrival. The code will only work for the times designated in your booking. Forest Access for both hiking and riding ATV's is right in Munds Park. Hiking access is just a couple blocks away from the cabin! There a couple restaurants and bars, gas stations, and a campground in Munds Park. Flagstaff has lots to do year round and is just 20 minutes north of the cabin! Sedona is breathtaking and a beautiful drive 45 minutes away! I'm available via phone call, text or email. if you have an urgent matter, please text immediately. Our neighborhood has a variety of similar cabins and manufactured homes (our home is a traditional stick built home, however we suspect that it was a kit home that was added on to in stages) - the surrounding area has a variety of seasonal and year round cabins to million dollar homes! We have year round residents as well as many vacation rentals around our home. We ask that all guests are considerate of the Fulltime residents around us. Munds Park is right off Hwy 17 - once in Munds Park we use our ATV to get around! We value our guests and expect them to treat our home as they would treat their own home. We do have cameras on the property. All cameras are outdoors ONLY. camera 1: on front of house Eve facing front door. camera 2: on patio. Camera 3 on back of house facing gate. camera 4: on back shed facing AC and Propane tank. camera 5: on tree facing driveway The cameras will be turned off during your visit, unless we receive a complaint, if we receive a complaint, we will turn on the cameras to verify the issue and give you one warning. We have MANY Fulltime residents on this street, and we require our guest are respectful of them during your stay. THIS IS ALSO OUR HOME, and we want it to remain a wonderful place to stay. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Photo of license will be requested. 🔶🔷NOTE** We have the best internet that is available in Munds Park, however, being a rural area with many people pulling on the system at the same time, speed can sometimes suffer, especially on the weekends. Television services are STREAMING services only. You can log in with internet TV profile to watch movies and TV shows. Please know, however, that internet is inconsistent. 🔶🔷You may want to download anything you want to watch before you come to the cabin. 🔶🔷 Large dog Kennel available. 42". You are required to pick up your own animals poop. If you check out and there is poop in the backyard or front yard, you will be charged an additional $100. Unfortunately we have had too many guests abuse the privilege of bringing animals and now we have to have stricter rules. permit: STR-23-0266

Loved our stay in Munds Park
Great to get away from the heat in the cool pines. The host is amazing, very accommodating. We have stayed here 3 times now, perfect place for a family to get together. The cabin has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and Munds Park is a great place to run or hike.

My husband & I are in our 70s & 80s. We have one dog. Our 3 non-negotiables in looking for a place were: 2beds/2baths; AC; and a fenced area for our dog. The property fit our needs plus more. There were 2 bds. downstairs and 2 upstairs. We didn’t use the upstairs at all. We’ve stayed at VRBOs several times in other locations. Comparing other properties where we’ve stayed to this property, this was impressive. One of our complaints about other places where we’ve stayed is mediocre furnishings—garage sale junk. We loved the quality of kitchen items (matching dishes, utensils, cookware), furniture (very comfortable beds), TV, etc. They were of similar quality to our own home. During our stay we had one situation that required assistance. We managed to get ourselves locked out when we returned from sightseeing. As 2 non-techie seniors, we attribute the problem to operator error. We sent Shannon a text telling her of our problem. We thought it would require a lengthy wait before we’d be able to get inside. We were shocked when, less than a minute later, the locked clicked open. Saying that we were impressed is an understatement. Overall, our stay was excellent and we’d love to stay here again in the future.
