Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry your stay didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. We wish you’d had a better first impression on arrival. As soon as we were made aware that washcloths were missing, our team brought additional linens to the property, and we’ll be double‑checking our inspections so that doesn’t get missed in the future. For the internet, we did confirm the service was working, but we understand that some devices had trouble connecting, which is obviously frustrating when you’re trying to relax and use your own tech. We’ve since had the system checked again and updated to help prevent those connection issues. Regarding the air conditioning, we did have maintenance out to inspect the system, and when it wasn’t cooling properly, we brought in a portable unit as a same‑day solution while we worked on the main system. We understand that it still didn’t cool the bedroom to your comfort level, especially at night, and we’re genuinely sorry for the discomfort that caused. Compensation was offered as these inconveniences are disruptive. That said, we completely understand why you were disappointed, and we’re using your experience as a reminder to respond even faster and communicate more clearly when issues pop up. We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to let us know what went wrong so we can keep improving.
