Welcome to “Call Me The Breeze" our luxury 4 Bedroom - 4 Bathroom home in Blue Mountain Beach.
LOCATION:
"Call Me The Breeze" is a brand-new beach home nestled between the longleaf pines of the Forest Lakes community in Blue Mountain Beach. This private gated community is situated around a stocked lake, resort style pool, outdoor pavilions, dog park, nature trails, playground, bridges, fishing docks, and wooded preserve. It is a stone's throw from Draper Lake - one of Florida's rare dune lakes - and a five minute cart/bike ride from shopping, dining, and public beach access. The home
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This beautifully designed 30A home features top-of-the-line fixtures, fittings, and appliances throughout. The covered front porch leads into the spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a large smart TV equipped with cable. The dining area table comfortably seats eight people.
The kitchen area is replete with premium upgrades - stainless steel appliances, farmhouse apron sink, gas range, dual coffee maker (drip and K cup) and all the kitchen utensils, crockery, and glassware you could need for your stay. There is also additional seating for four people at the breakfast bar.
Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find the powder room, laundry room with oversized washer and dryer, and the first-floor master bedroom. This private king bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides access to the screened-in back porch and charcoal grill.
Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms with two queens, a king and a queen bed respectively. The king room serves as the second-floor master bedroom and provides french door access to the roomy balcony. All bedrooms come with private en suites and cable-equipped smart TVs.
AMENITIES:
The home provides four brand-new beach cruisers, beach gear, a charcoal grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway able to accommodate two cars. The home comes with a level-2 EV charger that is free for guest use, and there is a golf cart garage should you wish to rent one during your stay.
