We loved staying here.The pool and spa were great and just as we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Even though we didn't need it because we're familiar with the area, they sent great info about the area for things to do and places to eat. Was truly relaxing and nice place to stay!! The golf cart is a great bonus with staying here as it's the best way to go around locally to the beach and restaurants. Being able to bring our dog with us was such a bonus for us.

Home was very clean and suited our needs. Beach equipment was well stocked which is appreciated! Loved that it was pet friendly and had a fenced yard. I’d recommend cleaning out the yard, lots of stickers and spider webs. Overall a great stay and the beds were so comfortable!!

Great house equipped with everything you'll need for a wonderful beach stay. Our kids loved the pool and cruising around in the golf cart. Huge bonus that the house is pet friendly.

Perfect spot for a couples get away

We really enjoyed this house. It was our second time traveling to the Indian Rocks Beach area. The house was in a quiet location, but located near all the right places.

Great place!

Amazing place, clean, comfortable, and it came with everything we could think of including floaties for my 1 year old. The golf cart was great, and the beach access is a straight shot about 1/2 mile away.

The house is nice and as pictured - a solid choice for a family, but likely one with kids 5. The floors are super slick and hard - our 1 year old wiped out multiple times I get it’s a beach house but a few more rugs and such would be a good idea. The pool in the back yard is great. For small children, be aware that the pool gets deep quickly - but the host has life jackets for little ones which was super handy. The yard is pretty buggy and there were lots of ants. The outdoor shower could use a once over, it was not particularly inviting. Host accommodated a late checkout which allowed us to get organized and stick pretty close to our 1 year old’s nap schedule. Comfy beds! The guest before us must have had a very hairy dog because I kept finding big tufts of hair on the floor and such which was a little gross. Host was generally very quick to respond. The house has trash days multiple times a week which we’d read about in the welcome binder and were prepared to take them out but someone kept mysteriously showing up and putting the bins out and back in while we would be out doing things which startled us a bit - it would be better not to ask guests to put trash bins out if someone is going to come do it anyway - and to let them know someone will be coming by. Overall it was a great house for the money - proximity to the beach via the golf cart was great. We didn’t use it much because of our kids’ ages but our older child had a blast riding along!

Great access to the beach

Golf cart made the trip so easy and fun. So many restaurants a quick 2 min drive. Beach access was so close too.

Indian Rocks Treasure

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay in this charming home. The pool was fantastic and same for the golf cart. Barry & Alisha are wonderful hosts. This was our first trip to Indian Rocks, we will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway with a pool to rival the beach

We loved our time staying here! We brought our furry friends along and the house was perfect for them. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs in the garage and the golf cart was more than easy to use. We really loved the ease of access to town and beach. Will definitely return for another stay!

Great Vacation

We had an excellent vacation! Very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The property was beautiful. The only recommendation I have for future guests is to bring bug spray for after dark hours.

You'll want to Stay!!!

This beautiful property worked out perfectly for us. So close to many restaurants, neighborhood shops,beach access parking and friendly local bars. I found it hard to leave the backyard with private pool and hot tub. Planning a return trip already.

This place has everything you need (and maybe more!) for a great stay on the coast. Pet friendly was a big plus! We enjoyed hanging by the pool and grilling. We didn't get to use the golf cart, but hope to fully utilize it for a future stay. The hosts sent helpful messages and were even willing to stop by and help us figure out the pool. It looks exactly like the photos!

Great Weekend in Charming IRB

House is great and walking/ biking/ golf cart distance to multiple bars and restaurants. Pool is super refreshing and relaxing. Our pup loved it too

The house was so clean & fresh! All of the furnishings were pleasing & accommodating. The beds were just the right firmness for us. The pool & hot tub were nice extras that we enjoyed. The access to the beach was perfect, We did not use the golf cart as much as we expected, but the cart was first class. You could ride to 17th Ave. & park at Guppy’s on the Beach, a great restaurant!

We loved our stay at IRB! The house was beautiful and clean; had all the needed amenities of a home and we loved the access to a golf cart and bonus having a fully fenced yard for our fur baby. The beach is just a few blocks from the house and the neighborhood was super quiet and loved the uniqueness of all the homes. Loved how close everything was; our fav was the Grove coffee shop it’s a must try! And if you are seeking a busier lively vibe Clearwater Beach is just a few miles down the Gulf. Hosts were great and provided lots of resources for the area. Highly recommend.

Get away with pets!

Very well appointed house for our Florida stay. We brought our two dogs with us and the fenced in backyard was perfect! Nice neighborhood, beautiful beaches, parks, and restaurants. Really enjoyed taking the golf cart out and relaxing in the hot tub.

Best Vacation

We loved staying at this home. It was perfect. Location is great literally 2 blocks from the beach. The golf cart was so great to have to get to the beach daily. No complaints here just a peaceful beautiful vacation. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Paradise in your own backyard

This property, the personal attention to detail and the location is all perfection. We had such a relaxing vacation. Beach, backyard pool, coffee shop or restaurants all a wonderful experience. Golf cart added a bit of fun too.

Wonderful location!

I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. The house is in a fantastic location incredibly close to the beach and restaurants and stores. The house itself was great too - it ended up raining for much of our visit but there was lots of room for us to spread out, and we even used the fireplace! Do read the rules carefully, quiet hours are strict.
