This beautiful condo is located on the 23rd floor of an upscale premier oceanfront resort - Maisons-Sur-Mer. Our unit, #2305, faces east, south and west and offers beautiful ocean and sunset views from its 2 private balconies. Our renters love the direct ocean views from the front balcony, living room, master bedroom kitchen and dining room. Because our unit is a unique 23rd-floor corner location, there is a spectacular view to the west and of the entire coastline to the south. An equally gorgeous pink-red sunset view can be enjoyed directly from the dining room table, spare bedroom, and side balcony - the sunset and inland views are my father-in-law's favorite and the reason he bought an "05" unit. One renter said "the views were tremendous". Other renters have commented that "this unit offers the best of all views." Likewise, we believe this unit offers the best of all views in the Myrtle Beach area.

Offerings include: Wireless Internet, 24 hour security at the front door & a beach security gate to help make your vacation safe and enjoyable; putting green, driving net, practice driving tees, tennis court, heated oceanfront private pool, barbecue area, game room, on-site restaurant/bar, ocean club, etc.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a medium/large shower stall; the second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, also with a private bath (bathtub & curtain).

Conveniently located to outlet shopping, golf courses and many restaurants - less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets, Wal-Mart, Aracadian Golf Course, Restaurant Row, the delicious Sea Captain Restaurant and other shopping. Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium are within a 10 minute drive. Short 5 minute walk to restaurant row or walk to at least 5 different restaurants. Apache fishing pear is 5 minute walk can fish or just observe. Multiple things to do to appeal to all age groups.

1550 square foot oceanfront luxury condo with 400 square feet of porches both facing the ocean. 270 degrees views with sliding windows floor to ceiling. Spectacular panoramic 270 degree view of the entire strip of Myrtle Beach with view of the Dunes club as well as all of North Myrtle beach. Unit is fully furnished with above average , Cable and internet, and DVD players.

Heated Olympic size pool heated with outdoor Tiki bar, Adjacent two fully refurbished tennis courts (hard-court) type with view of ocean. Lobby is in marble with 24 hour security guards, oceanfront bar, on sight restuarant, card room and pool room. In door year round lounge oceanfront. Outdoor grills available.

We rent Sat to Sat during the summer. Off season we will do 4 day minimum stays. We do not offer long term rentals.

The owners were exceptional in being responsive and willing to assist when/if needed! The location is my personal favorite and the building and staff are friendly and welcoming! If you want a peaceful location and a view that could soak up your day, I would recommend here!

We always love saying at Maison. This condo is very nice with a great view of the beach and down the coast as far as the skywheel. It could use a little TLC and updated couches, but in general very nice. Most important the beds were very comfortable. Has everything you could need. Crystal is great and easy to get in touch with. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property. The views were stunning. The condo was clean. So much balcony space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpfulā€¦ easy to communicate with. There was plenty of room for our group of six. We had everything we needed for an amazing vacation! The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Everything was close by. Iā€™m ready to go back!

Spacious, incredible oceanfront views, balconies

Overall, it was a very good condo and a great girls week at the beach! Just as described and pictured in listing, and Crystal was EXCELLENT at providing clear instructions and immediate responses to any questions we had. We felt that the great price, oceanfront location, views, and spacious floor plan with 2 well-separated bed/bath suites made it well worth the outdated decor and slightly worn condition. Condo was clean and fresh. Slight check-in/parking confusion at front desk of the building was quickly resolved, and all the staff at Maison-Sur Mer were friendly and helpful. Great pool area. Umbrella/chair rentals available on beach. Would stay here again. Thanks so much, Crystal!

Great place to stay! Only difficulty was trying to get into the parking garage to load our suitcases... the requirement is to unload/load from the closed parking garage and when guests push button (swipe card did not work) to enter no one answers to open the gate so you have to call the building and wait for someone to answer which may take some time if not available at the phone.

We love staying in the Maisions and this place was wonderful. We had to deal with a hurricane and the owner was awesome - checked in on us, talked us through what might happen, things to watch for, etc. It was appreciated. The rest of the stay was uneventful. šŸ˜€

Phenomenal views

We were very happy with our experience. Communication with owner was easy and convenient. There are balconies that overlook the ocean and beach on one side and the sunset on the other side, so you can choose based on time of day and whether you want more or less breeze. Only downside is that it has been decades since essentially every piece of furniture, carpet, and appliance has been updated. Still, I feel this was reflected in a very reasonable price for a 23rd floor unit with amazing views. The balance was worth it as long as you are OK with a mattress that sags deeply to the middle.

This was our first year at this condo. We loved it so much and have already decided to come again next year. The condo is very clean and so beautiful. We loved our whole stay. I honestly didnā€™t want to come home.
