This 21st floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium building in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has tiled bathrooms, updated kitchen and granite counters throughout. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv, ensuite bath and balcony access.

The condo was amazing with great views of the ocean. It was very clean and maintenance was very responsive (only issue was a sewage odor after it rained). We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing on the balcony with the ocean below us. Convenient location - close to everything but not in the touristy/busy part of town. We hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful place

The property was very nice, beautiful view. Beds were good. The check in process was a little more difficult than expected. We had to stop into the main office about 15 minutes from the complex to pick up and drop off keys. It added time to our trip home. Just plan for that if you stay here.

This was our second time staying at this condo, third time at Maison Sur Mer. The views from this condo are unbelievable. It's location is perfect and is great for a very relaxing getaway. Will definitely be back next year!

Enjoyed our stay in this unit!

The unit was perfect for 2 couples! I would suggest getting a keurig coffee maker. The coverlets / duvets need laundering. I would stay again.

Loved the unit and view but minimal supplies

We loved the unit! It worked well for our group of 4. The basic necessities were sparse and we had to buy products for our 4 day stay. It was missing several basic essentials we are used to with other rental properties. Otherwise the location and the layout was great. We loved the view of the ocean!

We Loved the Condo

This condo is updated with all the amenities that anyone could want. The decor is beautiful. The condo is right on the ocean with great views of the beach and ocean from the expansive balcony. This only issue we had was upon arrival there was no water. We contacted the security officers downstairs and they turned the water on within 5 minutes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning broke down. after 18 huors unit was not fixed. I have a severe breathing so I had to leave the ahead of my planned departure. no mention of refund for one day.

The best place on the beach!!!

Our experience was wonderful from the first communication!! The really company that handles the rental was friendly and informative but that was just the beginning. We arrived at the property and you expect just the plain Jane kind of set up since it a rental……but NO! It was beautifully decorated with upscale decor and great items to stock the kitchen and bar!! It was just a time for my husband and I to get away and relax as I’m a mental health nurse and needed some re-charging, and we sure did. The amazing sliders allowed a wonderful breeze and the sound of the ocean just filled the room. The large patio allowed for us to enjoy meals and just relax and talk. The bed was comfortable and again had great sliders with access to the balcony. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay there was, definitely a gem of N Myrtle Beach, I would stay here every time I go if it is available!! You would be crazy to pass on this condo!!

The perfect spot for two couples to rent, as this unit has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed🥳. We totally enjoyed are stay here, but we did have an issue with one of the bathrooms, the tub didn’t drain properly, and there seemed to be an issue with the hot water running out, hopefully that issue will be resolved as for sure would love the rent unit again 💕
