This spacious 2 bedroom condo is over 1,400 heated square ft on the 14th floor of the Maisons Sur Mer. This is a direct oceanfront building one building south of Kingston Plantation's Margate Tower. Maison sur Mer is a self contained resort with Tennis, Adult Pool, Kiddie pool, indoor and outdoor bar, restaurant, Gym, and Gameroom. The floor plan has a Living Room, Formal dining, full kitchen and a breakfast room. Master bedroom is king, while the second bedroom contains 2 queens. In addition the sofa contains a queen sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This condo has been completely redecorated with new paint, lighting, and designer furniture.

The living room is equipped with a 50' HD flat screen television. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and ceiling to floor vertical blinds and a 32' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 32' flat screen TV and a walk in closet. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. A walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.

There is also a large 10' by 36' Private Balcony with aside balcony connected to the master bedroom. In addition to the ocean view, this unit also overlooks the lakes on the Dunes Club Golf Course. You will enjoy great sunsets and night time city lights. The elevator takes you directly to the private ocean front pool and beach. This is certain to be the perfect spot for families, golfers or couples.

Family Vacay

My family loves Maison! We had three condos rented this year. Our condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The owners were very quick to respond when I had a quick question. The pool area and tiki bar are great and very reasonably priced. We had breakfast once and dinner twice in the restaurant and it was very good and also priced very well! The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. A very short walk and you are on the beach! We will definitely return for our 4th visit to Maison!

GREAT WEEK AT THE BEACH

The unit is extremely nice with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The host was very accommodating. I'd love to stay there again!

Short lived

Started off great. Going to stay 6 weeks, but got was shortened by my wifes passing on March 7th. The owner of condo was fabulous. Vrbo, on the other hand not so great.

Rainy Memorial Day Weekend

Lots of construction going on in building. Most of the weekend was a washout, outside bar was only opened on Sunday because of weather. We’ve stayed at Maisons lots of times. Unit was nice and well equipped, bed’s comfortable. Nice furnished balcony. We love that the downstairs bar now has dinner and entertainment. Close to Barefoot Landing. Made the best of the dreary weekend. Luckily we got to play cornhole on beach Sunday afternoon. Would stay here again 😊

Charming Condo

The condo was clean, and we could hear the ocean, which lulled us to sleep at night. The building is right on the beach and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to going back!

Family Vacation

Our family had an absolute wonderful 2 weeks stay in this condo. It was a much needed, relaxing trip. The condo was nice, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owner responded to any questions we had before travel and sent an informative email with specific directions for arrival, building amenities, and departure. We loved our family vacation.

Sorry we had to leave early

I love staying at Maisons. We always have a great time and the condo is perfect.However, while we had two full weeks reserved for our vacation, we had a family emergency and had to leave after only four days. Pretty expensive vacation

Holiday Get Away

I loved this property! It was very well kept and clean. The owners thought of everything and made sure that it was accessable for us. The neighbors and security were super friendly and helpful. The listing was a little bit misleading where it lists a communal pool, and an outdoor pool. I assumed there would be 2 different pools, but it is the same. Still not a deal breaker at all! The only issue we had was the noise of the construction and drilling in the unit near us, which disturbed the quiet early morning (before 8 am) sleep. I do not fault anyone, just a bit of annoyance that deserved to be mentioned. I would definitely look to come back and stay here over and over again!

Masions Sur Mer

In the last 10 years I have stayed in different condos at Maisons - Sur-Mer they are all good. The unit 1403 was the best I have ever stayed. The unit had style you could tell the owners wanted their guest to be comfortable. Excellent!

Great location, wonderful owner

I highly recommend this property. There's ample space in unit, as well as on the grounds. Location is convenient to anything you may want or need. Owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. We would certainly return.

Great place to stay!

The condo is nicely furnished. Loved the access to the balcony from the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom. The additional balcony from the master bedroom also was very nice. The balcony furnishings were comfortable and the view of the beach and ocean sounds were amazing. The condo has 2 large walk-in closets and is well supplied with hangers, beach chairs, beach toys, hand soap, towels, and linens. The kitchen has a nice supply of herbs, condiments, and storage containers. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils but we only cooked on the day we arrived and the last day when we packed. The area has a wonderful assortment of breakfast and dinner restaurants. We went out at noon everyday for breakfast food and dinner after being on the beach. We were far enough away from downtown Myrtle beach to be peaceful and yet close enough to get there if we wanted. The beach was our attraction so we did not go to any other local attractions. My 15 year old daughter thought the breakfast restaurants were the best thing we did each day. We especially liked the Blueberry Grill and Johnny D’S Waffles and Benedicts for Brunch, and Flamingo Grill and Joe’s Bar and Grill for dinner. All these restaurants were just off SC-17 (Kings Highway). The pictures give impression you have access to the library and billiards room but security told us only for the owners. The game room on the ground floor was available to everyone. We really didn’t need the library or billiard room. While the kitchen is well supplied with dishes the oven is old and worked well for baking at 350 degrees but struggled to heat up to 450 degree for pizza. All in all an excellent condo and location. I would definitely stay here again.

Well Deserved Family Vacation

What a GEM! Could not have been an easier process. Mark was in contact with us before our stay and had everything lined up and ready to go. Beautiful facilities, everything within walking distance or just a short drive. Kids had trouble deciding where to eat with so many different options........ Resort facilities and staff ABOVE PAR. Would not hesitate to stay there again. THANK YOU for allowing our family the opportunity to spend some time RELAXING!

It was ok

The location is great, not too far from everything and just far enough to be quiet at night. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The balcony is huge as well with plenty of seating. The unit itself could use some updating but we knew that from the online photos and the photos were accurate. It smelled clean when we walked in which was great but we soon discovered that it felt like the cleaning folks only do the "middle". It was fine, I'm just really picky. Overall the unit is comfortable however I would recommend new bath and kitchen towels. They were kind of on their last legs. We had a really good week and the pool was excellent as well. You can't get any closer to the beach. The owners communication is fabulous! Any questions we had, he got right back to us and he checked in with us upon our arrival to make sure everything was ok.
