The unit itself was awesome. The owner went out of their way to ensure that anything you might needs was there including plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, washing powder, bleach, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, water in the room, dish soap, dishwashing powder, dishes, silverware, appliances, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. I mean everything! The major appliances like dishwasher and washer and dryer looked like we were the first to use. The only problems inside were old AC Units and the carpet in the bedrooms was dingy. I am not sure what could be done about the old air conditioners but replace them, which might be costly, but the carpet change would be a good investment.
In terms of check in and check out, make sure you know your condo number. The security guard is not going to be able to check you in and help without it. Also know that you have to pick up a key fob from inside the unit to open all doors including in the garage each way. Don't park till you have you fob in had. Also know the door handle of the garage does not turn. It makes it seem like the lock was not releasing. Just pull on the door after swiping.
The advertised wireless user and password provided did not tell you which network to connect to. It seemed like the network to use matched the unit number, but the password did not seem to work even though it did connect somehow after failing.
Now for the biggest issue. The garage was filthy. Trash every where. To be honest, we were a bit scared coming and going. We arrived after dark and there just seemed to be people lurking around outside. We had three 12 year old girls and planned to walk to eat. We ended up ordering food to be delivered. The parking lot needs more lights and so does the garage. The interior corridors going to the apartment needs refreshing. The pool was green. The work out facility we did not use, but saw at least one person on a treadmill. Didn't look much further.
In summary, if everything outside the unit matched what was inside it, this would be the complete package. If you need to stay in this specific area, this unit will work for your needs at a fair price. The Hilton and Sheraton were just around the corner, so it was not that the area was any worse where we were.
