Launch a boat, paddleboard, canoe, or take a stroll and find your own spot to relax along the 6.4 miles of shaded shoreline. A designated swimming area has seasonal lifeguard supervision half a mile away. Ride a little over a quarter of a mile to hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile biking path that stretches from Dennis to Wellfleet. For shopping, dining, and activities, Harwich Port is just 4 miles away. Or catch a ferry for a fun-filled day trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. For saltwater fun, Bank Street Beach offers a sandy shoreline along the warmer waters of Nantucket Sound.
This beautifully remodeled home boasts a gorgeous kitchen, stunning hardwood floors, and a grassy yard. Make yourself at home in the inviting living area, furnished with a sofa, love seat, rocking chair, two ottomans, and a TV with Amazon Fire. The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, featuring wraparound granite counters, a wide basin sink, a French-door refrigerator, and a full suite of appliances. Gather for delicious meals at the wooden dining table with generous seating. Enjoy space and privacy in the primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, two dressers, a writing desk, and a smart TV. Find comfort in the second and third bedrooms, both offering queen-size beds and an abundance of natural light. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is configured with a full-size bed. Both bathrooms feature granite counters and walk-in showers with custom tiling and rain showerheads. The upstairs bathroom also offers a double vanity and a soaking tub.
Plan your days over coffee on the side porch, featuring two chairs, cornered bench seating, and a bistro table. Gather around the firepit while lounging in the provided Adirondack chairs to truly enjoy the surrounding scenery. Play games or tag in the grassy yard that surrounds the home. An outdoor shower provides added convenience after adventure-filled days on the Cape.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
