Newly Renovated, Our beautiful well kept home is located on Seymore Pond on the border of Brewster and Harwich. This five bedroom home which sleeps 10, is perfect for a relaxing and activity-filled Cape Cod Summer Rental. The modern, open concept design, is conducive to relaxation or entertaining depending on your mood. The home is on three levels and the lower level with 2 bedrooms and a family room is a great way to keep the kids busy and entertained while the grownups are upstairs. The large deck connects to a lower level stone patio with a fire place, great for those late evening smores!!! All the great design features make for an airy, open indoor/outdoor summer living experience.

If you are athletic or if you just want to lounge around or if you like fun excursions this home is perfect.

Fabulous stay

Our stay was great. The location is fantastic, right across from Seymour Pond with access to the private beach. The property is really well appointed with everything our party of 10 needed.

Modern vacation home

Stayed with 6 adults and 3 small children. Completely updated home just needed some final touches. Beds were comfortable and furnishings sufficient. Great kitchen with all accessories. Easy access to bike trial and small beach at Seymour Pond. All had a great time and will consider returning next season.

A lovely house in a beautiful location

We enjoyed staying at this home for our annual week on Cape Cod. The kettle pond beach was perfect for my 8-year-old who couldn't get enough of sand and water play. Some of the twin mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and could use updating. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house with all of the conveniences of home.

Lake is fabulous

We enjoyed the location the most. It’s within steps of a lovely lake and the bike trail. We went swimming and kayaking often. Great location!

A Wonderful Week

The house is in a lovely secluded location. The spacious deck is great, and the second outdoor table and seating area with a fireplace in the yard below is a big plus. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is very well supplied with pots and pans in good condition as well as other cooking utensils. Very comfortable overall.

Clean, Spacious House in a Quiet Neighborhood

There is plenty of space to spread out in this clean and lovely house. The kitchen was well equipped and the heating system kept the place cozy and warm. There is a small, private, enclosed beach just a short walk away, which is great for young kids. This house has a lot to offer for all types of guests and is highly recommended.

A great vacation home

We shared this vacation house with another family of 4 and we had plenty of room! Kitchen was great. Everything you need at the house. Enjoyed the pier pit and patio. Loved being steps away from the lake path. We will rent again!

Great Property in a Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our long weekend in the house. Lots of space in the house; the teenagers had their own space in the lower level apart from the grown-ups which is a big plus. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. In fact, I think it's the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in! The pond is lovely and peaceful. We will definitely make plans to stay here again!

Quiet but close to everthing!!

Great secluded house but still in the middle of everything. We had a prefect Cape vacation...it rained only one day!! Nice roomy home, so close to the bike trail and right across the street from the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks for all your help.

Fantastic location. Very well stocked. Great deck for grilling.

This is my second consecutive year at this Brewster property, and I would definitely come back again. It is in the heart of Cape Cod, so it is close to anything you want to do. Everything worked well in the house, including plenty of hot shower water and high-end appliances. My only suggestion is that Vince (the owner) would consider supplying bed linens and towels. Other rental properties I've stayed at did this and it made life easier for airplane travelers. This is not a deal breaker, however. I love this property.

Great house, great week!

We had a lovely time on the Cape and the house was perfect for our families. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but having the separation in the house was nice. We sent the kids down stairs and the grownups were on the main floor with a roaring fire in the fire place. The house had every thing we needed and we hope to come back in the summer! Thanks

Large home in a quiet location.

We had such a nice time on the Cape and the location and size of this home was perfect. We have been coming to the Cape for more than 10 years and the rental we had been staying at was recently sold. We were so upset but now we are so happy to have found our new vacation home. The home is perfect, divided into three levels, everyone had their own space. The location so close to the bike trail, across the street from a private beach, it was perfect. We have already booked for next year!!

Fantastic rental property. Loved everything!

Probably the best place I've entered rented on Cape Cod. Fabulous location. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Great porch for cookouts. Plenty of hot water and kitchen supplies. I'm renting again next summer.

Unmaintained vacation property - STAY AWAY

Terrible experience with this vacation rental. Heater was not maintained or cleaned in many years resulting in CARBON MONOXIDE. We spent time out of our vacation waiting for heating servicer to shut down the boiler (legally required). Also not nearly enough hot water to accommodate 6 people (despite what was advertised) Took numerous cold showers. While the owners were quick to remediate the issues, they did not provide a credit or adequately respond to any follow ups we had after the rents itself. We really tried to enjoy our time at the Cape. However the sheer fact we as renters caught the issues and spent our vacation time to help fix them was not acceptable. Stay away from this property

Great Home, perfect location

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at this home. Every year there are new upgrades done although we wish they would do some upgrades to the kitchen utensils...we bring our own knifes..... The ouse as always was perfect non the less, the location is great and we have already booked for next year. Thanks to the Giner family!!

Wonderful place for a family vacation

We just spent a great week with our 6 adult children here. We loved the house and the location. The house was clean, bright and spacious. With that many family members, we did not feel crowded. It was also well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen (hint: lots of large pots etc in the garage). Sitting on the deck and patio was so quiet and peaceful; great place to enjoy your meals. What we really enjoyed was the location! The private beach to Seymour Pond is at the foot of the driveway. We rented kayaks and spent most of our time on the pond. It was perfect. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is at the bottom of the street so we had easy access to that too. The owners were very responsive and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. They really want to make sure you have an easy and fun stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect house for our family!

We visited the house with an extended group of family members, having outgrown our previous cape rental. This one was perfect for us. Convenient to a nice pond beach (our preference over the ocean) as well as the bike trail, we hardly needed to get into the car to do anything other than go food shopping or go out to eat. The layout of the place is great- the basement level rooms housed one set of kids and adults, the upper floor did the same. The grandparents stayed in the ground level bedroom. Each set of bedrooms was spacious enough that if someone wanted to sleep in everyone had their own space in which to entertain themselves. The deck with grill and lower patio with fire pit were great for cooking and eating outside. We did have an issue with the air conditioning at the beginning of our trip, but the homeowner was very responsive in getting the issue fixed promptly and thereafter we had no issues. We hope to rent this house for many years to come.

Beautiful House, Centrally Located, With Private Beach Across Street and Bike Path a Walk Away,OMG

Earlier this month, after 30 years taking my family to the Cape, I stayed in this perfect vacation home and hope to make it a yearly tradition. We rented a canoe, a kayak, and some bikes. With the private beach across the street and the bike path a block away, it was the perfect location. It was convenient for day trips both to Provincetown and Hyannis, but most importantly it's location across from Seymour Pond and close to both Long Pond and Nauset Beach gave us easy access to our favorite places on the Cape.

Excellent family getaway!

My family spent a week at this house in August. The home is very spacious and is located within a few minutes of two lakes and right near the bike path. Our kids would walk, bike or ride down to the General Store every day and would go hang out along the private beach across the street. I hope we can make it back next year.

Perfect location, great house

My family spent a week at Giner’s house on Cape Cod in the middle of August. We liked the house a lot. Great location in Brewster, 5 minutes’ walk to nice beach on the lake, 3 minutes to the bike path – hard to imagine better location. The house and the backyard are very spacious. The house has all the amenities and is in a good shape. It was easy to communicate with Peter and Vince, and we did not have any issues on the rental paper work. My family loved this house, and we will come again next year.

Perfect family retreat. Great location.

We loved this home. The kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and deck space worked well for our families. It was also great to be so close to the bike trail. Biking to Brewster for ice cream and bakery was easy and safe with our children. Also having access to the private beach right across the street was nice. Loved eating our meals on the deck. Hope to be back next year.

Great Location

We stayed with a large group and had a fun and active week. The beach on Seymour pond is right there where kids enjoyed swimming and playing in the sand. We also brought a canoe, and caught a few small fish. One of the highlights of the trip was biking to Linnell Landing beach on the Bay side which we did several times. The bike trail is almost visible from the house, and it is an easy 5 mile ride to this beach mostly on the bike path and a small section of not too busy road. The path also passes a bike shop, and ice cream. We played in the warm shallow water, searched for crabs, and explored. We found the house to be large, and made use of the heated outdoor shower, the grill, and the fire pit for cooking marshmallows. Our only small complaint was that the kitchen was not that well stocked (chef knives, big pans with lids, bowls, etc...) for the amount of cooking we were doing. For a smaller group or less ambitious cooks it would be fine. If you want a big house with plenty of parking centrally located, look no further and don't forget to bring bikes.
