The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as very close to the grocery store Winn Dixie, Target, and Walmart. The traffic signal at the resort’s entrance (at Airport Road) makes turning left and right onto Hwy 98 safe, easy, and low-stress! A RESERVED SECURED underground garage parking space right outside the building entrance / elevator banks to the condo ensures you can come and go as you wish knowing your parking space will be ready just for you upon your return!

Because our elevator bank only services 3 units per floor, getting up the elevator to our 4th floor condo is fast and easy! There are rolling carts available at each entrance, making loading and unloading your car quick and easy.

With exclusive owner-supplied FOB access to our building, parking garage, and beach, you will feel safe and secure like a true VIP and are ensured that this privilege is reserved only for Silver Beach's special guests. Silver Beach wristbands are also required to access the pools and beach, further ensuring the exclusivity of the amenities for our guests only.

No expense was spared to make your stay absolutely first-class! Our large brand new "Smart" TVs in each bedroom (Master 55”, King Guest 40”, 2 Queen Guest 55”) and a 65" Class 6-Series 4K UHD Mini-LED QLED Dolby Vision HDR Roku Smart TV in the living room allow you to log in to all your favorite subscription channels for movie nights or musical entertainment. The condo has ALL NEW stainless high-tech small and large appliances. Its kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything you might need if you choose to stay in and cook. NUGGET ICE MACHINE (like Sonic ice!). No need to choose your coffee maker - condo has both a traditional pot (and grinder and filters) as well as a Keurig. We’ve tried to think of absolutely everything you might need.

Rental includes:
- 1/2 price beach service for up to two sets (2 chairs/1 umbrella per set)!! Beach Reservations can be made at time of booking for best possible chair placement!
- Underground parking (one very close reserved parking space) and additional general parking above ground. To note, historically parking has NOT been an issue at our resort.
