***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Exterior building renovation project at Sea Dunes. These improvements are part of a planned effort to preserve and enhance the property’s long-term quality and appearance.



Project Timeline & Scope



Demolition is scheduled to begin in February.

Work will then proceed with building washing, sealant/waterproofing, and exterior painting.

Estimated completion is September, though timelines are subject to change due to weather or other construction-related factors.

What This Means for Your Stay



Rentals are permitted during the renovation period.

Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect booking during this timeframe.

Construction activity will be limited to exterior areas; however, intermittent daytime noise, equipment, or temporary access adjustments may occur.

Our team works closely with the association and contractors to minimize inconvenience wherever possible. If any disturbance occurs beyond what is reasonably anticipated, additional assistance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Perfectly situated in the gated Omni Resort grounds, this incredible three bedroom, three bathroom end unit offers privacy, serenity, and luxury, all with picturesque beachside views. Fully renovated with high-end furniture and finishes, Sea Dunes #1614 offers every comfort imaginable, as well as a number of highly sought-after amenities, including a stunning, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, two fully renovated bathrooms with spacious, walk-in showers, and a large private balcony overlooking the ocean and one of the Omni's many pristine fairways. This property includes three bedrooms, stylishly decorated with tasteful furnishings and high-quality linens, two of which boast king size beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin size beds, perfect for a family trip, romantic getaway, or a fun weekend with friends.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.



While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information. Pool and tennis court access are included.



Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.



All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.
