Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a variety of vacation rental options, activities, and amenities. Each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience, and golf course or beach views for your enjoyment. Our resort amenities will be sure you and your family have the best vacation ever! The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. Your 2023 Registration Packet is not included in your reservation, and $70 for up to (6) guests. One additional vehicle may be added for $20. You will be required to register and pay online for your packet.

Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. It overlooks one of the pools and a hot tub! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. Newly remodeled bunk space provides more sleeping options with premium plush beds for comfort. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more guests. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay. This room has been updated a bit more than some of the other rooms, has comfy furniture, and everything you need to feel at home. The view is beautiful from the living room and the master.

Beautiful room. Very Clean!

We have been staying at Edgewater for years. This condo was beautiful, well maintained, and clean! Farah was also very responsive, so we were well taken care of!

Wonderful except the door

We had a wonderful stay. Farah was quick to respond to us the couple times I had to reach out to her. The room was just like the pictures and very clean! My kids loved the bunk beds. The bunk beds even had their own plug ins and air vents. My kids never got hot and I was able to give them both their own nightlight in their area, and they loved that. My only complaint about the room is how the door doesn’t have an additional lock up high where kids can’t reach it. We have good kids who don’t run off but my two year old opened the door and was headed to the elevators when I caught him. His sister went to the bathroom and he thought she went outside so he thought he was following her. The door unlocks and opens so easily he was able to open it and go within a matter of seconds. I heard him and ran after him immediately, so thankfully all was well. We had to put a chair in front of the door every time we were in the room just to have peace of mind. I told Farah my concern and she said she was going to pass it along to the owners. I am only leaving this in the review because the room is great for families with children, and as a mom I would want to know about the door. We loved this room and hope to stay here again as long as there is an additional lock added to the door. I would definitely recommend this room!

Amazing and Relaxing

The condo was exactly what we thought it would be! It looked just like the pictures and the view from the bedroom was breathtaking! The property itself was very nice! A little bit of construction was going on but we came during the off season so that is to be expected! Overall we had an amazing time! There were also a lot of cats running around but we didn’t mind. We went as boyfriend and girlfriend and came back engaged! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful time in tower 3 1004

If you want to relax and enjoy the beach and pool activities this property has to offer you can not go wrong here. Clean, comfortable and we only wish we would have booked it for another week. I was hoping the golf club would have some kind of better deal for people staying on the property. We would have golfed more if the price was more reasonable. My wife and I loved the balcony views and beautiful sunsets.🌅

the condo was really nice. The only thing is that it is listed to sleep 6 and there were only 5 plates, 3 small glasses, 2 large glasses. There were no hot pads for taking things out of the oven. Could have had another dish towel.

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. Farah was eggstremely repsonsive to all our questions. The mattress was a little soft on the edges and the sun blinds fell off the ceiling but other than that this condo was fantastic great location and we are eager to return.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit! The views from both the living room and bedroom were outstanding. My POC, Farrah, was by far the best I have worked with. I highly recommend this rental!!

Beautiful Condo, will book again!

This condo was absolutely stunning. Beautiful beachy upgrades, and exactly what you’d want a condo to look like. Even though it’s a one bedroom, the extra bunk room in the living room makes it so a whole family can stay. Our family stayed in another one bedroom in this building, and ours was much bigger And even had a second bathroom, which is huge when getting ready or having guests over. Even the balcony was oversized for a one bedroom. We will definitely book this condo again on our next PCB trip.

Excellent Accomodations

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Resort. Our condo rental was very clean and beautifully decorated and my kids loved the bunk bed. The master bedroom has huge windows and we loved waking up to the view of the ocean. It was too bad that it was double red flag on our last day but they had a huge pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Farah, our host, was very communicative and gave excellent service as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again in the future!

Amazing condo with a BEAUTIFUL view!!

This condo looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend staying here. The views from the balcony and the bedroom are breath taking. This place is very kid friendly. The kids enjoyed the pools, splash pad and the beach. Restaurants and fun attractions are close by within walking or driving distance. We come to PCB yearly and will be booking this place again!
