Sunset bay is a chic three-bedroomed property with a distinct beach-cottage feel and unsurpassed ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located in a quiet street in Camps Bay, this beautiful three-bedroomed property is ideal for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.

The villa is split over two levels with two bedrooms and the open-plan living spaces on the first level and the third bedroom on the lower level of the villa. The lounge and dining spaces of the villa are spacious and bright and decorated in natural shades, and wooden tones with contemporary-chic décor, creating a breezy, laid-back feel.

Two large couches, a cosy gas fireplace, and a built-in flat-screen television create a comfortable place to relax, and a six-seater dining table is ideal for indoor entertaining. A designer open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities necessary for a hassle-free holiday, including a double fridge/freezer, microwave, and gas stove.

The living spaces flow seamlessly out onto a spacious patio with a glass atrium-style roof and an eight-seater dining table for alfresco dining on warm summer nights. The patio leads onto a wooden deck with a small plunge pool and unfettered views of the ocean beyond.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with king-size beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms, and access to the patio and pool deck, and a private balcony via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The master en-suite bathroom has an elegant freestanding bath, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and double vanities, and boasts beautiful ocean views. It also has a spacious dressing/vanity room with a large mirror and desk and ample built-in cupboard space.

The second bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with single vanity and shower, and air-conditioning. This bedroom opens onto the patio and pool deck and has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The ground level of the villa is home to one bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom with a single vanity and a shower. This bedroom is naturally lit with a large window and has plenty of living space with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen television, and ample built-in cupboard space.

Sunset Bay has a double garage and off-street parking and is fully secure with an alarm. A short, easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and its many restaurants, cafés, and buzzing beach bars, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: There is currently construction happening to the property behind. The construction can be noisy, or completely quiet. We cannot give any guarantees on this. Should you proceed with a booking, no compensation can be offered on arrival or during the stay as a result of the construction. Builders holidays usually last from 15 Dec - 15 Jan. An ideal situation for those who want to stay in a luxury villa and are away during the day. No children under the age of 13 years are allowed due to an unsafe staircase.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Important: As a professional property manager, we are delighted to inform you that all our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, removing the need for you to provide a physical cash damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Superhog is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a physical damages deposit prior arrival.

Okay House - Nice Neighborhood
First, the management company, Turnkey365, is very responsive to every call. The description of the house is basically accurate, it's what's unsaid that some may consider a problem. The first floor is the garage/laundry room. The living area is the second floor. Access is via a stairway that is marble floored with concrete walls. There is NO handrail, so depending on your physical condition, falling is a real concern. The carpets in the living area and main bedroom are old, worn and stained beyond cleaning. The house has a battery backup system for when the power goes out due to "load sharing," their name for rolling blackouts that happen 1 to 3 times daily for 2 to 4 hours each time. Most houses in this rental price range seem to have solar systems that make them independent from the grid; this house relies on batteries. The batteries work until they don't, all batteries discharge with use. Also one or two key circuit breakers have a tendency to trip and need to be reset. The management company explained the procedure and made recommendations about power use during the blackouts. The house, due to its location, has limited mobile phone cell service. We usually had to go outside to make calls. It has an alarm system and electric fence for security; that seems to be common in the area.

This house is amazing. The house is beautiful inside and the patio is fantastic. My family loved staying here and we would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff.
This property has easy access to anywhere you want to go while in Cape Town. Great views and amenities. Comfortable beds. At check in, we were greeted by staff who gave us a tour of the property and answered questions which was unexpected but very helpful. There was also cleaning service provided twice during the week which was also unexpected but very nice.
