Mountain Beauty with High Speed Wifi

Mountain Beauty is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath, pet friendly, cabin that sleeps 12 comfortably located in the Upper Valley. This home is updated and ready for your arrival! The High Speed WiFi makes this a great choice for those who work remotely! Upon entering the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an adorable coffee bar. The kitchen has a bar that seats 4 guests along with a large dining table that seats 9 in the adjacent dining room; perfect property for a family gathering. The living room is open to the dining area and both have access to the large deck. The living room has an L shaped couch, satellite TV and a wood burning fireplace. Also located on the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The full bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower. Included in this home is a full size washer and dryer, which is a must for those mountain adventures.

Make your way upstairs to the second floor to find the third and fourth bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 sets of full/twin bunk beds. The master bedroom is the 4th bedroom in the house. Presenting a king size bed and it’s own master bathroom that has an enchanting skylight; this master suite has a balcony with beautiful views of Wheeler Peak. Mountain Beauty does have satellite and smart Tv's in two rooms; the living room and the bunk room. Take advantage of the views with the front deck that also has a gas grill and firepit for all your outdoor needs. This property will accept two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. Another bonus to this home is there is plenty of parking for your trailer, so be sure to bring your RoVs and hit the trails.

very nice location we enjoyed it very much! We are looking forward to coming back. The porch area was nice we got to grill and enjoy some coffee in the morning soaking up the mountain view.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is wonderful. It's just a little ways out of town, which made it peaceful and quiet, and the views were absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again.There were a couple of things worth mentioning for future guests and the owners. The house is smaller than what we anticipated but luckily we are a close family and really didn't have any problems. Masterbath is really small. This might be an issue for a larger heavy set person. The bathroom /laundry room had a noticeable sewer smell during our stay, with much of the odor seeming to come from the front-loading washing machine. It would likely benefit from a very deep cleaning or replacement.Another challenge was the cleaning equipment provided. Since we stayed for an extended period, regular upkeep like vacuuming, sweeping, and cleaning bathrooms was necessary. Unfortunately, the vacuum had very little suction and required going over the same areas repeatedly, the dustpan didn’t work well, and there were very limited cleaning supplies available. We ended up purchasing our own supplies, which made things easier. Despite these issues, we truly loved the home’s setting and overall comfort. With a few improvements to the laundry area and cleaning tools, this would be an excellent place to stay. We would rent this home again but next time bringing our own vacuum(roomba)and cleaning tools to make day-to-day upkeep easier.

Review of our stay in Red River

Sliding door was not locked when we arrived and we could never get it to lock during our stay. Also, in upstairs bedroom where bunk beds are, there was a dirty pair of underwear when we arrived. We did not remove it. Matteresses were all very comfortable.

Great house, but Description Misleading

We chose this property because my dad has mobility impairments and the listing stated that the first floor bedroom ablnd bathroom were handicap accessible. However, you still have to climb stairs to get into the property. Also there was no where to put your garbage unless you drove it 10 miles into town to a dumpster. This wasn't explained in the checkin paperwork. Otherwise we had a great stay and the property was comfortable and clean.

Red River Review

I am only giving this property 3 stars because the property manager was very nice and attentive and the neighborhood was nice as well. As for the property itself, I can't possibly give it more than 2. It is very old (90's) and in need of major updates. We had 9 adults in our party and the listing said it would accommodate up to 11 or 12. This house is so tiny we were stumbling over one another! It has 3 bathrooms but they fail to mention in the listing that there are certain water restrictions. Only one person at a time could shower and no other water source can be in use (not even flushing a toilet) during this time or you would lose ALL water!! And the heating unit was like no other we have ever seen. There is no garage, carport or covered area to store your vehicles or ski equipment either. Needless to say, we were basically miserable and it ruined our whole Red River experience. I would not recommend this property at all! It needs a major updo! Sorry.....

Great location! So clean and cozy.

We loved our stay and it was a perfect view. So cute and comfy. Loved the master bedroom and balcony. We will be going back!

Winter oasis

This property was very charming, quiet and close enough but far enough from the town. When the sky was clear of clouds the stars were so bright. The bunk room was adorable and the beds were comfortable. Loved our stay here.
