Enjoy this newly renovated home away from home, with an ocean view, in the Hale Hui Kai. This private garden condo is on the third floor of the south side of the building ...about 60 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!

Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.

This kitchen and main bathroom have recently been extensively renovated. Our beautiful kitchen features white cabinets, mosaic backsplash, and granite countertops. Luxury vinyl plank and premium carpet are also new additions. New windows and air conditioning will add to your comfort. The master bedroom has a King size bed, split AC unit, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a splic AC unit and a queen size bed.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.
Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!

We thought the unit had two bedrooms with ADJOINING bathrooms in each bedroom, but that was not the case. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath, but the 2nd bedroom's bath is out in the hall :(

Perfect Maui location

I discovered this condo and the beach of Keawakapu 15 years ago with my daughter and had a magical time. Once here, I discovered its visitors usually return annually and the locals come to this beach regularly. My first time to unit 304 and I truly hope to return. Such a beautiful unit with air conditioning and 2 comfy bedrooms. Everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. I experienced the deep Maui feeling of being rejuvenated and swam with the sea turtles. I cannot wait to return!!!!!!!

It is a quiet unit and has all the amenities you need. Four beach chairs and an umbrella! You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We have stayed at these condos before but the first time at this unit. Would definitely rent again! Bring your own sunscreen!!! Maui only can sell “mineral” sunscreen now and it doesn’t come off! It is like lifeguard zinc.

Great home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in unit 304 at Hale Hui Kai. This general location is excellent with easy access to the beach, snorkeling, the pool and a nice seating area. We arrived at the unit and it was clean and check in was easy with all instructions and door codes provided in advance. The kitchen is new and very well supplied with all equipment you might want, including a selection of decent sharp knives (sharpener available) which can sometimes be a problem in vacation rentals. 2 rolls of paper towels were supplied along with dish soap, dishwasher tabs a sponge, tea towels and lots of garbage bags.The main bathroom shower is excellent and updated. The ensuite bathroom and shower is outdated but was fully functional for our needs. There are 3 efficient air conditioning units - 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the main area which allows for flexibility in choosing where you want to focus on cooling. Many ceiling fans throughout the unit also contribute to a comfy environment. The lanai had a clothes drying rack which nice and this location isn't too windy so clothes dried quickly and weren't blown away compared to other units where you can't leave anything on the lanai for that reason. Overall we had a great stay with our family in this unit and would stay again!

Stay at HHK 304

This was not our first time at HHK but it was our first time in 304, and I would definitely book this unit again. The view was great, a/c was a lifesaver for the hot August days, unit was well equipped. The only downsides were the master bath is very cramped, but the shower head is much better than the second bath, and the master bed is too firm. Otherwise, our stay was incredible! Mahalo! :)
