Our Lovely Ground floor Condo offers easy access to 1000 sq. ft. of Luxury with a Large Bedroom with King Bed and One Bath with a lovely Walk in Rain Shower. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, including a full size Fridge, Stove & Oven. Our condo has granite countertops throughout and stone tile flooring. We also have a Sofa Bed for extra guests. The Large Covered Terrace is just steps to the 85 ft. Infinity Pool, with views of the Magical Lights of Cancun at night, that is exactly that - Magical. Our condo is located on the South part of the island just a 5 min. walk from Garrafon National Park and Punta Sur, the most southern point.
Our condo is in a small 16 unit modern building called Sotavento with ours being on the ground floor. The complex has a private locked gate and 24 hour security. Parking is available out front for your golf cart or scooter as well as in the parkade below.
If it is snorkeling you are after, you are in the right place. Right across the street is Garrafon de Castillo Beach Club, for just $8 you can spend the entire day on the beach, snorkeling or swimming or having a drink or lunch at the Restaurant/Bar. They also provide Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for your relaxation.
North Beach is a short 10 min. drive for more swimming options, or for shopping in the center.
We have many restaurants & bars nearby as well as a min mart for your convenience.
