The master bedroom with a king-sized bed is also gulf front and has its own private ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, and exquisite double sinks. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and another full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for families traveling with children. All bedrooms have televisions. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: Parking is available at a cost of $50 (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) per vehicle per stay. Max 2 vehicles. Wristbands must be worn by guests 6 years of age and older while on property. These can be purchased for $6/each (plus taxes & fees, subject to change) up to the number your unit sleeps. A link for you to purchase parking and wristbands will be sent prior to arrival.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- The resort requires adult guests to upload a photo ID prior to arrival.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.)
- Beach service is not included but chairs can be rented from vendor located directly on the beach behind condo Mar - Oct.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Gym.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
